This dentist office is fantastic!! I was welcomed by a wonderfully nice receptionist. The techs were so friendly and engaging, when I went to the room, they asked if I needed or wanted anything, I asked for a blanket and she brought me a soft warm blanket. Dr. John, was so nice and personable. He genuinely listened to my concerns, explained everything to me and I felt so comfortable and at ease. I definitely recommend BWell dentistry and spa!!!

Great experience! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I truly different experience for a dental appointment. A tv above the chair for when you're tilted back one in front of your face chair for when you're sitting upright! Pillows blankets beverages! Loved every second of it and i highly recommend everything about their practice.

Highly recommend. All the staff are very friendly. They definitely go above and beyond with making you feel comfortable. Very thorough with exam and cleaning. My teeth feel great!!

Going to the dentist is typically not on everyone's fun list but I can say that the professionalism and friendliness of B Well makes you feel comfortable while you can rest assured that your getting top notch service. Best dental experience of my life. I am 71 and remember when a trip to the dentist was one of the most dreaded events in someone’s life. Not only was my visit to BWell painless, it was actually pleasant, something I could not have dreamed of saying about a dental visit as a child. I have watched vast improvement as dental practices in general have progressed, but BWell is the pinnacle in my experience. The place is immaculate, which immediately told me much about their attention to detail. The staff are efficient and accommodating. I have seen both Drs. Boutwell, and they are attentive to the smallest details and thoroughly explained what they observed and what they recommend. Unlike many of the large practices I have been to, there was zero pressure to undergo further expensive elective procedures. My options were explained with no arm twisting whatsoever. The office had the latest equipment and myriad options designed for the greatest comfort possible. The only negative is that I was in the middle of an episode of The Rifleman when the procedure was over. 😂

I was looking for a new dentist closer to my house and found BWell. I knew going into my first appointment that I would be needing a crown, which made me nervous. Victoria, at the front desk, was friendly and put me at ease. Heather, Dr. Joanna's, assistant calmed me further by offering me a warm blanket an neck pillow. When it came time to do the crown, Dr. Joanna warned me that I may have too much damage and may require a root canal. Luckily, she took her time and was able to save my tooth! The whole experience from when you enter to when you leave is wonderful! They have state of the art equipment and are quick and thorough. I cannot recommend them enough!!

It was our first time coming here. Loved it!! I made the appointment in less than a week. Everyone is so pleasant. From the reception to the Doctor. The office is super cute. Well decorated. State of the art equipment. The Dentist was very personable. Definitely coming back . I have to say the dentist is not my favorite place lol but We were very impressed 👍🏻

New to the area I was recommended BWell Family Dentistry. I was made to feel at ease the moment I stepped into the surgery. Heather and Dr Joanna Boutwell were extremely welcoming. I had X Rays and a cleaning. I also needed a small filling. I would recommend anyone to this new beautiful dental practice.

The office is wonderful! I felt welcome and calm when I got in the office due to Victoria greeting me as I came in. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The assistant Heather and Dr. Boutwell was great!

BWell dentistry was wonderful. Dr John was professional and gentle. The office was state of the art, offering free services like massage chairs and relaxing beaded neck covers. I have extreme dentist anxiety and their office put me at ease. Highly recommend their office!

I had a wonderful experience at this new beautiful dental office. Like many, I’m not the biggest fan of going to the dentist, but I was so pleasantly impressed by my first of many visits to this office. The office is brand new and looks amazing. They offer complimentary drinks, they have really comfortable massage chairs, and I love the personalized touch of seeing my name when we got to the little station. Everyone was so helpful, and friendly! Dr Joanna was so knowledgeable and took the time to exam and explain everything to me. I highly recommend this practice!

This appointment is one I was very anxious about but from the time I walked through the doors I felt very welcomed and was made to feel comfortable. The staff is super personable and very helpful. I believe I have found my home at this office. I will definitely be recommending this office to my family and friends!
