Booked a 60 min facial that I received as a gift. Showed up 5 min prior to my appt and the doors were locked and nobody was there. The girl eventually arrived but had to then set everything up so my facial didn’t start for 15 more minutes. The room was dirty and the table was very uncomfortable- wasn’t offered a leg bolster. Very sale heavy. The facial was decent. The facial steamer wasn’t functioning properly but then she got it to work and it blasted into my face which wasn’t pleasant. Won’t be back.

I’ve been struggling from stress eating and through ButtNaked Fit America weight loss program. I’ve been able to maintain my body weight. No more unhealthy ups and downs! Also the owner’s support to help me is like no other. It’s really difficult today to find great customer service. I know she has my back and wants me to succeed. Her team is also so sweet and kind.

Booked a 60 min facial from Groupon and travelled about an hour to redeem it. The facial itself was okay… my aesthetician tried to sell me things the whole time, upgrades, supplements, and walked me around the weight loss clinic. Just a word of advice, when people set up an appointment to get a facial, they come to be relaxed. I did not feel relaxed at all I felt pressured and uncomfortable. During my facial, I had a mask. Instead of massaging my neck and shoulders, my aesthetician used one hand to scratch my head and the other hand to text on her phone for 20 minutes. With the upgrades I ended up spending $120, I will probably not be back.

Friendly people, nice decor, great prices. Overall a nice budget friendly place to relax and get a little pampering. Maura was very informative and professional. Loved the hand massage while I waited for my mask to set.

Great waxing services. Thin, blonde, leg hair mostly gone, which is a vast improvement to other businesses that miss so much. I didnt see it the little missed spots before I left, so its my fault too! 😀 a huge improvement... and thin blonde hair is so hard to do! Im pleased! Brazillian wax done with skill and professionalism. Thank you!

I’ve been getting my facials here for awhile now. I absolutely love it. When I first started coming here I had no idea how to build my skincare routine. The girls here are so helpful and know what they’re doing. My skin has never looked and felt so healthy. I love their products and compared to other spas I think their services are a great value. I always recommend them to people and they have a good deal on Groupon if you want to try them out for the first time.

My facial with LeaAnn was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, took time to educate me on what would be best for my skin type/concerns and was incredibly attentive. You could tell she really takes pride in her work. This was my first visit but I will absolutely be booking with her again and soon.

I canceled my appointment via their text app. Only to find out they still charged my card for $60...half of the services I canceled w at least 24 hour notice. My first and last time there, they started 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. They only had 1 bathroom working in the salon, which was in the same work area that they had set up my facial. Completely inappropriate. Stay away from this business.

I had a 5-star worthy facial experience with the esthetician Vanessa. She took the time to discuss my current skin care regime and suggest improvements to it. She identified my areas of concern and gave me solutions to manage them. Most importantly, since it was my very first facial ever in my whole life, she was also very attentive to my comfort level and she managed to create a sense of trust in the entire process. I am grateful to Vanessa and will return for a facial every month. Also, huge shout out to esthetician Spring who did my wife's facial and gave us a tour of the facility, and the business owner Wendy who was on top of all things administrative. We had a wonderful experience!

I was hoping to love this spray tan because not only was the facility lovely but so were the employees but after two days I looked like a splotchy mess. I was talked into getting the long-lasting spray for an extra $7 but it did not work. Sadly all of my vacation pictures now have me with a horrible looking tan. In the picture, you can see where it came off after 2 days. I had not been in the pool since getting the spray tan in that picture.

My husband and I came here for our first facials (thinking it would be a one time thing) and we in LOVE and immediately got a monthly facial membership. It’s the only place in Pittsburgh that offers one at a member discount!!! My husband used a 3 in 1 body wash in the shower for his face routine before this, but since his first appointment he now follows my skin care regimen!!! He was taught the order and exact skin ingredients/products to use (which I already had and have tried and failed). I spent 6 years trying to get this man on a skin care regimen! Now we have fun and do it together!! All thanks to Spring!!! Spring is an ARTIST. Because of how INCREDIBLE she is, we now have a monthly facial membership for us both, and will continue forever!!! If you want THE BEST facial from the BEST facialist ever, ask for Spring!!!! She is professional, skilled, dedicated, knowledgeable, educated, and truly a very kind, upbeat and outgoing person! She knows EVERYTHING about skincare and will personalize your facial to your skin type!!! She changed my husband and I’s skin entirely!! Do yourself a favor and book a facial with Spring!!! It’ll be the best thing you’ve done for your face!! I’m 32 and I assumed my face was perfect, but it’s brighter and better than ever since we started our monthly facials. It’s a NOTICEABLE difference in the appearance of my skin!! Also my lifetime of blackheads have just disappeared! My face is bright and beautiful at all times of the day! I woke up like thissss! Sierra is the literal best! I had an appointment with her for a all over spray tan because I'm a maid of honor in my friends wedding 2 days from now. When I arrived she introduced herself & showed me around the spa telling me the differences between the Med spa on one side & spray tans/ faciasl on the other side. The spa is so clean, warm, welcoming & luxurious feeling! She explained to me how the process went & talked me through the while process. I felt so comfortable I didn't care that I was practically naked. She explained everything she was doing & demonstrated how I should hold my arms & stand so I wouldn't get unwanted lines & so everything was even with the sprayer. The spray smelled really good & didn't have that chemical smell people recognize from self tanners. She checked in with me to see how I was & asked me about myself to keep the session light hearted & enjoyable. Afterwards, she told me how to best maintain my tan & to use moisturizer every day to keep the skin hydrated. She also recommended a touch up tan they make & sell there. Every product is no nonsense, no chemicals, you can pronounce every ingredient, & it smells incredible! She was warm, welcoming, honest, kind, & she made me feel so confident! I'll 1000% be going back! Can't recommend this place enough!

Such a great experience. I've never had a Brazilian before. While it hurt a lot more than I thought it was going to, Rhiannon was so patient and kind and talked me through the whole thing so I knew exactly what was going on and what to expect. I was nervous at first, but ended up being super comfortable with her. I already booked another appointment and will not go anywhere else.
