The ladies at the place show a lot of attitude . They argue in front of customers to skip their turn. They say”Tu Ja” “Tu Ja” as if they do not want to work. They do service as if they are doing it for free. Never go there.

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent positive experience at Salon. Today, I accompanied my sister for her eyebrow cleanup, and I must say, it was an exceptional visit. The staff at Salon demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcomed and valued as customers. The attention to detail in their service was truly commendable. The eyebrow cleanup service exceeded our expectations. The professionals at Salon not only showcased their skill but also ensured a comfortable and pleasant experience for my sister. I went for first time here and took my daughter as well. I went on Thursday and took my daughter on Saturday. When I went on Thursday I felt some what awkwardness on the ladies behavior but got the same experience again when I took my daughter on Saturday. I am an Indian and they are Indians and the does not men they should not respect customer.. they keep talking to them selves while helping customer and laugh.. which is very unprofessional behavior. In front of me there was an American and they wished , took her payment very politely.. and when I was paying the lady who took my bill was really showing attitude on how she responds.. is it because I did not give the tip??? They in-fact asked me are you not giving tip??? Never saw in America people asking are you not giving tip???they might be busy but this is not the way they should treat a customer irrespective Indian or American.. talking them selves and laughing while working with us thinking that I don’t know there language is very very very unprofessional.. if at all you don’t get respect as a customer I would not suggest that place at all. I am here in this country 20 years and still see these kind of people.. I am very very unhappy with the saloon, the ladies behavior. I don’t suggest going to this place.. my daughter eyebrows they spoiled it.. and since they where busy they are not even ready to redo or fix it.. on top of it that lady was showing super attitude.. I would suggest them to treat customer as a god in-spite being Indian or American. Thanks!

It was the worst experience ever ….went here for threading and upper lips wax, they have inexperienced girls working , spoiled my eyebrows here and came out with uneven of them and she took like so much time even after explaining her and it was soooo painful as the way she was pulling the hair……….decided never to come back here while lately I realized my upper lips have a burnt line, tht girl dont even know put wax !! Thts where I decided to leave a feedback here.

These ladies do such an amazing job with threading! I used to go to them when they worked at a different salon and I am so happy that I found them again. They are very personable and comforting. Definitely check these ladies out, you won't be disappointed!

Wonderful place for a facial! The facial was so relaxing and the products they used felt wonderful! The place is super clean and peaceful. They are very accommodating, as they took both me and a friend at the same time even though we called the same day for services. I highly recommend this place!
