They aren’t even open. Headed in right now been waiting since noon. It’s now 1PM. Someone in the mall advised they may open at 2PM or not be open at all. Update your hours instead of MISLEADING customers.

I asked for just a clean up, just the areas that have obviously started growing in from the last time i came, which is once every 3 weeks or so and someone different did them this time. Not only do i have pencil thin eyebrows but im literally bleeding and my underbrow is cut. Honestly after this i dont think ill ever come back.

One time got my eyebrows done there and the lady was wonderful and was so quick with it and did them so nice. I always go there and it’s been almost a year and never disappointed .

They used to be good, starting about a year ago they have declined. Never there during business hours, don’t answer calls, no sign up at store with update as to if they are closed / open during those hours. We drive a while to get there and there not there on multiple occasions.

Used to be so good.. but the last time I went my eyebrows were sloppy. Today I decided to give them another try and I told the girl not to mess with the shape, Just a clean up since I’m growing my eyebrows thicker.. she gave me a thin high arch eyebrow and a thicker no arch eyebrow… kept asking her to fix the thicker one to Atleast make em look even.. she barely tried and I left unhappy. No longer wasting my time :(

really good place to get your eyebrows threaded. only thing is recently they haven’t been open when I go to get my eyebrows done. not sure why but it’s very inconvenient.

Constantly closed! Don’t follow mall hours! I’ve been here at different time and stilL NO ONE HERE! They don’t follow mall hours and at any moment can be gone. This is not how u run a business! This is infuriating

Girl had great customer service. She was new and said she was trained on the job. I told her I just wanted it to be cleaned up since they were already shaped. After 10 min all together I got to see what she did. I couldn't believe what I was seeing, most of my left eyebrow was gone. She suggested taking more off...!!! MORE! It's already almost gone. I was in tears. She told me she wasn't going to charge me but seriously, why would I pay. This is where I always go because it's always been great, but now not if she's working.

I went to this place and I regret the moment I got in there, the lady who works there was so nice with her friend who was before me but with me she kept talking on the phone while threading my eye brows and sides which are the most painful and critical parts but she did not care and she was talking on the phone!!!! So when she is talking I would think she is talking to me and she wants me to move or sth so that was so confusing and disrespectful! Also, she just wanted to get it over with me, she finished in exactly 5 minutes eye brows, sides, and upper lip! And she didn’t even let me check if that’s what I want and when I wanted to check she would say “you are wasting time”! And every time I ask her about anything should would tell me with all the attitude “honey” i cannot do that and I was literally asking her if she could make my eyebrows shorter!

Omg this woman is dangerous, she threads while talking on the phone and I got cuts from her and Her hands smelled so bad like fried chicken or something and when I asked her politely to sanitize she started screaming. This woman is dangerous! And she does her job carelessly
