Jen is amazing! I started getting my brows microbladed by her 3 years ago and have had 2 12 month touch ups since with amazing results every time. The appointments are always very clean, very efficient, and allow me to give feedback throughout the process of choosing color/shape. The first 24 hours they are definitely bold, but they look natural after that first day. The first pass through of strokes are a bit painful (definitely manageable though if you’ve had a tattoo before). Once the second layer of numbing cream sets in though, I don’t feel any pain at all. I don’t have to fill in my brows at all for 9+ months which is amazing!!! Highly recommend, definitely worth the price.

I spent almost a full year looking for a reputable brow technician. I am someone whose eyebrow tails love to disappear every 8-10 weeks and was at my wits end about it. I initially came across Brow Love Beauty Bar on Instagram, and after spending a few months closely watching the Instagram page and googling reviews about this facility, I decided to go here to revamp my eyebrows. I got the hybrid brow (in my case it was Ombre Powder + Microshading) and am very happy with it! Jennifer, who is the owner and the technician, was very quick to respond to the inquiry form I submitted and set up a date for my appointment. She was very thorough in setting reasonable expectations on what to expect during and after the procedure, and was very prompt to answer any questions I had about the pre-op and post-op care I needed to do. Additionally, Jennifer did an excellent job of accommodating my eyebrow preferences while still making sure my brows fit the structure of my face (which was very important to me). She made sure I was comfortable before and during the procedure, and had excellent bedside manner. She was highly communicative during the procedure and let me know what she was doing each step of the way (and why she was doing it). She numbed me up pretty good to the point where the procedure itself felt like she was only tweezing my eyebrows. Lastly, her facility was very clean and you can tell she takes pride in making sure her environment and tools are sterile. Overall, I highly recommend Jennifer/Brow Love Beauty Bar for your eyebrow needs! It's clear that she knows what she's doing and is very knowledgeable in her practice. I appreciate how during the whole procedure I had agency in choosing what my brows will be like. I also appreciate how quick and kind she is to respond to my questions days after my appointment. I will certainly be coming back to her not only for the standard touch up appointments, but for her general eyebrow waxing services as well!

Very clean and welcoming brow studio. Jennifer is very skilled and pleasant to talk throughout the appointment. The numbing liquid worked well and the swelling disappeared after about an hour. Looking forward to my touch up session.

Jennifer does wonderful shaping and filing of brows, she corrected my brows done by another brow place and they look amazing. I was very worried about having them redone and not getting the results I desired, but Jennifer assured me she could get the look I wanted and she certainly delivered!

Brow Love Beauty Bar is all about happiness. I had Jennifer create the best brows for my face and they look amazing! She is very receptive to your comments and takes her time with outlining your natural brow line. You can choose the color that best matches your hair and skin color. There is absolutely no pain so don’t worry. Jennifer uses a jel numbing product and you don’t feel a thing. There is also a follow up appointment a few months later to make sure your brows keep looking fabulous. I highly recommend Brow Love and make sure to ask for Jennifer.

1 year update: I was just in yesterday for my yearly appointment where I decided to switch to the hybrid/combo. I decided I’d like a more bold look and this was no issue for Jennifer. She spent so much time making sure they were perfect and I was happy before I walked out. They look fabulous and I couldn’t be happier. ******* Jennifer is awesome at what she does! I spent months following her work before I chose to finally make an appointment. Just had my 8 week touch up in February and couldn’t be happier with how my brows look.

Jennifer was so great! I didn’t know if I wanted to do microblading, a combo brow or a powder brow and she outlined the differences/pros & cons of each. I went with the powder brow and couldn’t be happier! I felt little to no pain and Jennifer walked through the entire process. She was willing to reshape and redraw my eyebrows until we were both satisfied and really took her time to make sure they looked good. I love the shape & can’t wait to go back for my touch up!

Never have I wrote anyone a review but I can not say enough great things about my experience with Brow Love Beauty. Getting my eyebrows microbladed was life changing... I barely had eyebrows before so I spent so much time trying to color them in and they were very uneven. I was nervous because I have red hair and I wanted my eyebrows color to match that. I researched for over a year someone to do my microblading/hybrid brows and I am so glad I chose Jennifer. She is a professional, friendly, and an artist. My only regret was not doing it sooner!

Beyond happy with my brows!! I was pretty nervous about getting microblading done. I have been wanting to do this for years so I took my time in choosing where to go. Jennifer made me feel extremely comfortable during our initial consultation and from then on I was excited to get them done! She took so much time figuring out what look and shape I was going for. First, I would like to lay down the “foundation” of how and why I decided to trust Jennifer with my eyebrows(face) Approximately 3 years ago I researched and found a woman whom I read about and was told was an “expert” in ethnic skin, to perform a facial procedure on me. The woman( I will not name) was licensed. I received 2nd and 3rd degree burns on 50 percent of my face and neck. Thank goodness my skin didn’t keloid and my pigmentation returned back to its shade of brown. Now, let’s fast forward. I have shown interest in ombré brows for a very long time, but I was afraid. I viewed at least 50 websites, spoke to several men and women who have had their brows done. One night I “stumbled” upon “Browlovebeauty” on IG and I knew and felt Jennifer was the expert I have been searching for. Jennifer is a perfectionist!!!! Jennifer explained the (ombré) procedure to me in detail and through out my appointment made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. When I saw my masterpiece eyebrows Jennifer gave me I literally wanted to cry.... Jennifer is a licensed esthetician of 12 years, but her knowledge, belief and love of making women and men look and feel their best far surpasses that number. For those reasons I will continue to “brag” about her and her client services to my friends, family and strangers. Jennifer you have a gift that only you can give, and I thank you♥️

I’m late in posting this but the silver lining is that I’ve had these brows for a year now and they still look top notch! Jennifer is the best! She is patient, amazing at what she does, and hilarious ! For months I researched obsessively for studios all over IL, NY and CA. I even considered traveling to Canada because I really wanted to find someone who is a true artist. Jennifer is the real deal. Book now, you won’t regret it!

Jennifer is absolutely amazing! I had wanted to do microblading for a long time, was scared to get it done since I have such thin brows. I had many recommendations and when I saw her pictures I knew she was the one to go to. She's the best!
