My wife got her eyebrows done, and the lady ruined her shape and cut them uneven and skinny! Do not go here.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! This old lady has the worst attitude and she totally chopped off my eyebrows!! Uuugh I'm still trying to go them out and it's been over a month. My shape is gone and when she tinted them it was crooked and she tried to blame my eyebrows for it. She is awful and does not know what she is doing. Maybe if her attitude wasn't so bad, those kids around the mall wouldn't have busted out her window. Never ever go to this place.

After entering the room, i noticed a female sitting alone on the couch in the waiting area, scrolling through her phone.. after a few minutes, she greeted me with a akward blank stare. I assumed she worked there, bc she was the only individual present.. without being promopt, i told her that I’d like her to thread my brows.. she only used hand motions, never spoke besides to tell me the cost & the musk from her body odor was nearly unbearable during the threading process. As far as the end result, i am not satisfied & will never recommend this place to anyone!

Sundays , Tuesday’s are the days to go get your eyebrows threaded. The lady that works on those days she’s nice , professional and does a great job . It’s always quiet , clean and a fast service .

The technician was very unprofessional and rude. She worked so fast she missed spots of hair. I asked her not to make my brows thin because I’m trying to grow them out, and she did it anyway. Horrible all around service

I used to have good service there, but not anymore. When The younger lady worked there it was great, she always did what I asked for and my eyebrows always looked amazing. Now, however, this new older lady destroyed my eyebrows. She literally made a whole on one of my eyebrows and tried to blame it on me! She didn't know how to speak English very well, so when I would try to explain to her what I wanted she would just nod and do the total opposite. Never going back again!!! She is not good at doing eyebrows at all! Don't go to that place!

Very unprofessional and ruined the shape of my eyebrows. I tried to give this "new" lady the benefit of the doubt since the younger lady left but the technician now need to be removed! Don't waste your money. I wish i could post a picture.

Only place in Lake Charles that does threading but VERY unprofessional and NEVER opens on time. Supposed to open at 10 and 3 times that I've been, didn't even show up until 20-35 minutes after. Don't waste time or money.
