I don’t know how I walked in looking for a clean up and walked out with the tail of my eyebrows nonexistent. One looks way thinner than the other now which I did not ask for. During the threading, she had called her coworker to look at my eyebrows while saying something in another language, highly uncomfortable. won’t be coming back.

I went to get my eyebrows done and my eyelashes, the lady did a good job until she told me my lash extensions would last a week all of a sudden after 2 days lashes are falling out and my eyelash line is burning she double stacked the lashes and it totally messed up my eyes my natural lashes are falling out and my eyebrows are losing tint. I highly recommend not going to this place!!!

what’s up with the website? I made an appointment online for some time later in the day and 20 minutes later, I get an email saying “Thank you for coming! Here’s a link for a review.” Clicked the link and it said I had already posted a review. I haven’t even stepped foot into the area and I’ve already decided I won’t be going. Maybe take another method for making an appointment here, everyone.

Absolute garbage, I would rather shave my eyebrows off than go through the pain I went through. They are hiring people that have absolutely no idea what they’re doing and it WILL hurt, a lot more than it ever has.I’d have felt better burning my cash than giving it to them. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

I cant tell you how wonderful it is to have threading available in Mankato. I was driving up to Eden Prairie since I moved here until I discovered this gem of a place right in the mall. My eyebrows look amazing and I lvoe having the rest of my face smooth as well. The technicial did a great job and somehow it hurt less than previous experiences. I will definitely be back. Prices are very reasonable too.

I’m a regular here, ever since we moved from the South about a year ago. The wonderful lady is always kind, and she does a perfect work with my eyebrows, I can say I’m very picky person when it comes doing my eyebrows and etc. I would definitely recommend do your eyebrows here, my husband does his too here.

I have always gone here for my eyebrows. Although, the last time I went I asked for an eyebrow threading. The lady keep threading and ended up doing my while face. She then proceeded to tint my eyebrows but did not ok any of this with me. She then proceeded to charge me $63 when I only asked for my eyebrows. Horrible, horrible customer service and experience. I do not think I will be going back.

I get my brows threaded regularly and this is the worst experience ive ever had. I told her not to touch the sides at all... she took off the entire tail of my brow. Not only did she not listen, but when i told her to stop SHE KEPT THREADING MORE. Oh and never in my life have i BLED from threading, until today. Guess im driving to the cities from now on.

annoying because they don’t even ask you how you want your brows done. mine have been threaded oddly, too thin... and sometimes the tint is too dark or you can hardly notice you got them done. wouldn’t waste the money

Horrible horrible experience. Went to get eyebrows done. Requested Catherine B. She had one customer at hand. Wanted me to get it done by another threader. Said I would wait, she said no" you will have to get it done by the other girl". Was rude . It's ridiculous. I have a right to chose, and dumb head, I was choosing her!. She kept arguing. I asked for her supervisor number, she would not give me one. I left as I felt it was useless. She stated she would be no longer working her. Realized that is why she was giving me a hard time. She talks loud, smells of cigarettes. Takes long breaks to smoke more. Very nasty person. It's a small town and hence forced to go to her. Will be looking at cities. Will lodge a complaint at the mall office. But not sure anything will happen. If the brow art people look at this, take care of this issue with Cathy.
