The salon is airy and clean. Elegant. Peaceful. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Stacy cuts my hair. She’s unfailingly spot on with what I’m looking for in a cut. And the only stylist I’ve ever seen who knows how to blow dry my hair and bring out the best! She’s a good listener and I feel comfortable in her chair. I came in today for a Balayage. When I left, my hair looked NO DIFFERENT. My hair was barely lightened at all, despite paying over $200 for the service. I’ve had many balayages in the past, and they’ve never looked like this. I will not be back.

I have been getting my hair done for many years. When I first came in I talked with the stylist. I explained to her that my hair was resistant to color. She assured me that this color was speciffically designed for grey hair. Well, guess what???? It did not take in the back !! When I pointed it out to her she suggested taking more time to fix it!! I told her I had an appointment, so no. The guy at the front desk was polite and accommodating. When I got home I realized the cut was not even. I went back. The stylist had an attitude!! Like, how dare I come back! Let me say....I will NEVER go back there again.

Stylist was great, and super sweet. I was told on the phone with the base pay and service I was getting it would be around $130 not including tip. They charged $55 more than what I had been told and confirmed the price would be on the phone. When I asked why they were charging more, I was told by the owner that I was wrong and it was my fault that I believed I’d be paying $55 less meanwhile I had confirmed on the phone what I would be paying for my service. The owner was very rude and talked to me in a very disrespectful tone. I won’t be going back.

The hairstylists were talented and kind but the manager Breon was rude, unaccommodating, and condescending. I am very thorough when it comes to checking prices and after confirming the price range, they decided to charge me more than $50 without explaining why they were. The management team made it seem like it was my fault for messing up a price range I made sure was correct. Although the stylist did well, their management team really needs to treat their costumers with the upmost respect. I will never be going back.

I've worked with Maleah and Trevor, who are both phenomenal at what they do. The salon is really pretty and well maintained. Everyone I've ever had an interaction with there has been kind and approachable. I haven't had a single negative experience in the nearly 4 years I've been coming here. The prices are great too! My only regret is not coming here sooner than I did.

First time coming in, had my hair done by Emily, she was sweet and we talked about everything beforehand. She dyed it and I decided to let her diffuse it but I left with very damp black hair when I asked for dark brown like hers. I regrettably paid 209$ for this. After a couple days of it not lightening up and having comments about it I called requesting at least half if not a full refund to get it fixed somewhere else, I said that I'd be more than happy to send pictures or come in for somebody to see it but I'm too untrusting to get it done here again with these results. The owner/manager told me she wants to make customers happy but that it was in fact my fault and she couldn't help me at all. I feel like I've wasted my money and I'm very disappointed with the results.

I’ve been getting my hair cut here since I moved to Nashville in 2022 and I absolutely love the ladies. I’ve had two different hair dressers and both have been beyond amazing. Great facility, I highly highly recommend!

Made an appt for my daughter to get a cut and color. Explained this to the receptionist and they booked the appt. We get there and we were told by the stylist she didn't have time to do her color. She was nice, but I explained I took off work for my daughter's appt for cut and color and was disappointed that she said she couldn't do it. She then wanted to do a test strand and charge us $30, which we declined. Then she gave us a quote and told us how much it would be for her next appt for her color and that we needed to put a $100 deposit down. It goes towards the color service, but this whole experience was just ridiculous. My daughter was also not 100% happy with the cut and style. She said she showed a picture of what she wanted to the stylist and she felt that it wasn't anything close to what she wanted. The stylist was nice, but we definitely won't be back.

If you need to get your curly hair cut, I definitely recommend Martha! She’s very skilled, loves to give you tips, and is very good at what she does. Typical haircut in town is ridiculously overpriced but Breon has always maintain the same prices which I very much appreciate.

It was my first time and I had a terrible experience i’ve been there for a haircut and I asked them for layers cut but not just only me the stylist also wasn’t able to see any layers after spending 2.5 hours 😅 .It cost me $60($5 tip). it was supposed to cost me 45 they charged me $10 for side cut in front where the stylist didn’t even do partition in my hair properly and started to cut it. I am feeling very bad because I’ve paid and I didn’t get what I wanted . But I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

I was a regular customer — I was scheduled at 4 and was 7 minutes tardy. I called while on my way to let them know. Upon my arrival they said they told me they had already begun shutting their computers down and that I shouldn’t have been scheduled at 4 in the first place. I liked my stylist, however it just seemed they were just trying to shew me out the door. The sad thing is my cuts are always super quick. It was unprofessional.

The place was beautiful the staff was great but the service unfortunately was not good at all I went in asking for a blowout with some curls.... that being said at 315 I was brought over to the shampoo bowl where my stylist washed my hair she was beyond gentle that I'm not sure if shampoo even touched my scalp but I still just kept going because she expressed she had just got out of school in November so as a hairdresser and color educator myself I totally understand she brings me over to her chair where she starts to blow dry my mid length curly hair with her hand I expressed to her that I needed round brush work and never once did a round brush even touch my hair. So my hair was a frizz ball and she tried to curl my hair and the curls were falling out before she got completed with the next curl I tried to help her out but she kept doing her thing (she was very very slow) at 440 I told her I had to pick someone up at 5pm and my hair was not even halfway completed so she asked for an assistant and that was a but faster but she to was inexperienced both left my curls not completed and the ends were straight and frizzy so another lady came over who really did try and help and she understood the situation a lot better but unfortunately I had to leave and my hair looked like I was in a tornado no joke. So back to the hotel I went where I had to do my own hair and I paid 60.00 for a blowout that was just awful. I will say I did tip the young girl 20 dollars because she was very very nice and did try but unfortunately she should be in an assistant program and not have her own chair her lack of knowledge speed and skill really killed it and her blow out should NOT be anywhere near 60 bucks.

First time visiting this salon. I was excited to get a cut and highlight. My hair needed several inches cut….The hairdresser I saw was Chloe. She was so very kind. She did a great job with the cut and highlight. [important note: it cost me $254 + a $37.95 tip—I’ve never spent that much money on ME at any time in my life and never will again]. When I left the salon, my hair had a LOT of product in it. Fast forward 2 days later and I washed my hair. Still loving the color and cut but it was a little bit longer than I was asking for. Maybe at least an inch too long. So, I called Breon’s and spoke with Kim that answered the phone. I explained to her my situation and she told me that she could set an appointment but it “may” cost. I said, “no, no, no, I just paid almost $300 damn dollars and I’m not paying more.” She then accused me of swearing at her. I told her that I was not swearing at her and then she got more defensive. So I hung up and then I called right back and she let it go to voicemail. I left a voicemail saying that I would like for Breon or Chloe to call me back, and I left my name and number. Fast-forward two days and a man calls me and ask how he can help. When I told him what happened, he then accused me of swearing at his receptionist and hanging up on her. Again taken out of context. Then he went on to say lots of people leave and want something different than what was given to them. And I told him I didn’t want anything different and that I thought Chloe did a great job only that I needed maybe an inch or more taken off, it was still too long. He was extremely rude. I asked when Chloe would be in so I could speak to her about it, but he refused to tell me. He then told me that he was Breon’s husband and and he was the one that I was going to talk to. So I told him to forget about it and to cancel my May 2 appointment that I had pre-scheduled and then he hung up on me! Who does that????? I definitely will not be going back there. I have never in my lifetime heard of a salon getting so angry when someone calls back to question anything. My fix could have been very simple. Maybe 10 minutes 15 minutes to fix it. But they made it into something that it should never have been. And they could’ve had a repeat customer but the actions of the husband and the receptionist will make me never go back, and I’ll make sure to tell all of my friends that if they’re looking for a salon to go somewhere else.

I love Breon Hair Salon. The space is a vibe! Every single person I have talked with has always been friendly and willing to answer any questions I may have. I don’t feel pressured to purchase anything. In fact I haven’t had anyone try to sell me on anything I didn’t ask about or for since I’ve been coming. Love it!

I have haircut here for 2nd time, i called to boom in same day , and asked who available , So I got Chloe. I had hair cut with her. She make me happy . She really make same as model that i gave her. Appreciate for her work.
