I just wanna start off by saying I love me some Aubrey ,she always does an Amazing job .she’s gentle and she talks and communicates with you through your entire service.she quick and she definitely leave a girl feeling like a new born baby .so I will definitely recommend going to Aubrey .she’s definitely my go to no matter what .

Love this place. They are always super kind and are able to fit me in super quick with same day appointments. I had to switch from the Gulch location due to super rude receptionist and no longer taking same day appointments.

I have been a client for a very long time. Larissa was who I would see when I first started going. She left the location to pursue business at another location. She referred me to Emily J.. Let me just say I have never been happier. I love love Emily. Emily is attentive, sweet, loving and very passionate about her clients. Emily is takes pride about what she does and cares and is someone I would refer to people always. Emily services my entire friend circle which speaks volumes. I have a best friend who travels from Tampa FL to get services with Emily J.

I’ve been coming here about 4 years now and will never go anywhere else!!! Literally everyone here is so sweet and nice, but I always see Emily and she’s absolutely perfect. Amber at the front is also absolutely perfect. I love these girls so much, when i first came in years ago i never expected to enjoy getting a Brazilian so much!!!

I had never had a facial before but wanted to treat myself and practice some self care. I booked with ALYSSA and she is absolutely amazing. I’ve gotten massages before and sometimes thought, “When is it going to start feeling good?” But with Alyssa she was fantastic, and I was so relaxed the entire time. I loved her massaging technique, the towels weren’t too hot and the steam always perfect, the products felt light on my skin and I looked so much better when I left, and she gave me great recommendations for products after the session, as I’m clueless. She didn’t even push the studio’s products on me but I would have gone for it with her knowledge. Everything was clean and the studio is so cute. I left feeling wonderful, relaxed, informed, and wondering just how I could keep making my day even better. It was a real mood lifter. I’m sure the other ladies are amazing as well, but Alyssa sure has a way with her work. Thank you so much and I will continue booking with you guys.

I have been going here for a little over a year now. My girl Ruth is AMAZING! Everyone there is great and every time my overall experience has been wonderful. not to mention the inside is SUPER CUTE and Its the little things like a complimentary soda after a wax! :) I highly recommend this wax studio!

I love the White Bridge Rd location! Ruth, Alyssa, and Cree-Ann are my favorites but everyone is amazing. It’s always a super clean and welcoming environment with a really kind staff. I have been coming to this location for 3 years now and I’ll never go anywhere else!

I have been a constant customer for about 2 years now. I typically schedule my waxing ahead of time. Right before Christmas I had an appointment scheduled, confirmed my appointment and then realized that I leave in two and a half weeks for my tropical vacation. I showed up for my 10:00 appointment and explained my situation. I asked if I could reschedule my appointment OR just go ahead and get my brows waxed and reschedule my appointment for two weeks. I even offered to pay for both that day. My eyebrows were not an option because of the price difference. My only option was to pay for half of my service which was $22.50. I emailed Brazilian Wax Studio with no response (it’s has now been two weeks). Poor customer service. The lady told me at the front desk I should’ve just called and left a Voicemail when I remembered last night (doesn’t help me now). Also the lady at the front desk smelled like marijuana so much it made me nauseous. I will not be returning back to this Establishment.
