I am only here in Nashville for the weekend and they were able to squeeze me in the same day I called! Kayla was amazing and made this experience so easy. While it wasn’t my first time getting waxed, it was my first time with her and she made everything so comfortable, easy and smooth. Those are three magic words you want to hear from a waxing experience. I’ve been in wax salons in multiple countries and Kayla was absolutely, hands down, one of the best I have came across! She is absolute magic! If I lived here, I would always book here. These are some of the best prices AND experiences I’ve had!

I went to get eyebrow and upper lip threading at this location but the receptionist said they don’t have upper lip threading so I said upper lip waxing should be fine. I was under the impression that my eyebrows would still get threading because I had seen that as a service on their website online but apparently it’s only available at their Franklin location. Once I went in the room, the aesthetician started putting wax above my brow (without cleaning up the area to remove existing makeup/ skincare to prepare it for waxing ) so I told her I have a threading appointment and she said she was told it’s waxing. Then she went ahead and peeled the strip before going back out to confirm. Now I had one spot above my brow already waxed which would look weird so I was like fine I’ll get eyebrow waxing too. Also, the aesthetician paid no attention to detail whatsoever on her own and I had to keep pointing out spots with excess hair. After the appointment, I literally had trimmed hair stuck to my forehead that she did not clean up and I had to do that on my own in the bathroom. (Just to clarify, I still tipped her 10% even after such poor service) I also noticed some redness around my brows but I thought it’d go away in some time. In about 30 minutes or so, I realized the waxing lifted a layer of my skin and left a scar between my brows. I went back to the studio to tell them hoping they would offer some treatment for it and a refund because this is just awful. They made me wait to see a manager and the manager was really sweet but they didn’t even have anti bacterial ointment at the location so she just ended up putting some oil on the scar and then offered 10% off on my next appointment (wild, considering I literally got a layer of skin peeled off in the process). I insisted on getting a refund so she said she’d have to call the owners and then ended up putting a credit back on my account for me to use on the next service (as if I’m ever going back to this place again). At this point I was just so done with this whole thing so I was like whatever and left. Absolutely horrible experience though, would not recommend. Update: I have also noticed obvious PATCHES of hair missed on my upper lip and brows both. Not to mention the bumps I’m getting because of improper technique and not cleaning up the area. So overall (even if you ignore the skin peeling), the service is extremely poor and I’d not be wasting my money here ever again.

Be warned!!!! I was a loyal customer for a long time but recent events have turned me away. When I booked online, there was a service for a face mask that said it was free. So, of course I booked that bad boy! It said it was free! After the service was performed I was told that the service was not actually free and I was dismissed saying that it was simply a computer glitch. This is extremely disappointing, even if it was a computer glitch, nothing was done to make it right. Be warned.

My original wax lady had something come up and I needed my wax! I booked a Brazilian, under arm wax and a vajacial with Mo K and I absolutely will continue coming to this location and book with her, I felt soo comfortable during this session!!!! Also the front desk is so sweet!

The first time I went was great, I was in and out and everything looked good, the next time I went was okay. I did have to shave when I got home because they missed some pretty obvious spots which to me made it feel like I wasted my money

I will give this place an updated review: Although my first two visits were not ideal, being rushed and having leftover hair, I decided to try it out once more. Shakyra did a great job, she worked quick but was thorough and got everything. She was kind enough to do my belly strip as well. This place is definitely a hit or miss with their staff but I did have a much better experience this last time around!

I had Kayla for my brazilian and she could not have been any kinder or more welcoming! This is normally such a painful service for me but she kept me talking and took great care of me, it didn’t hurt nearly as much as it normally does. She was amazing !

Meghan T is amazing… had a full wax with her and was in and out in 10 minutes. Pristine work! And I love her because if you’re not in the mood to talk, she doesn’t force it. I always feel super comfortable with her and will 100% try to book her here on out!

I got my eyebrows done by Bailey here and it was my first time ever having them tattooed. She was so wonderful and nice throughout the whole experience and I honestly couldn’t have picked a better person to go. I was fully satisfied with my results and it’s been awhile now since I’ve gotten them done and they still have held up and look amazing. I highly recommend going to see her you for any thing you’re looking to get done, she’s got you 💪🏼

I have been seeing Bailey White for almost 2 years for Brazilian sugaring but most importantly my brows! She is a fantastic brow artist. We talked a lot about micro shading and I took the plunge in June of 2022 and I can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner. She took time to make sure I was comfortable and mapped out my brows a couple times to ensure I was happy with the shape. The process was easy and quick. I followed her care instructions and had zero issues. A year and half later and I and still in love with my brows! Go see Bailey she is definitely the top 1%.

I went to get my eyebrows done and they came out looking good but I think the lady put rubbing alcohol on my eyebrows it was making my skin burn went in my eye and next thing you know it I got a chemical burn.

She gave me beautiful, symmetrical brows!!!! I haven't had them in years due to over tweezing. Bailey made me feel so comfortable and at ease and the experience was painless and relaxing! I was absolutely amazed at the results.

Welcoming front desk but appointment was very rushed. Even after pointing out several times the aesthetician refused to fix it. Prices are decent but rather pay some more and get the job done properly somewhere else.
