I have tried calling this place quite a few times throughout the years. Near covid I gave them benefit of doubt but, Never an answer! Then I even reached out with my info for a stylist to contact me. It says they have really great hours pretty early till late...I live by this place. It looks fancy but abandoned. What's going on? Can I get a cut and color here or what? Whys it so hard to answer the phone and just ask if u can call people back when u don't have other customers. Or how about actually responding to people? None of these reviews are newer than 2yrs as well so???wth

Jo Sweet is the best! I have been going to her for a couple years, and keep coming back because of her OCD like attention to detail. Not sure what her secret source of magic is, but her men's cuts grow out very well, and ate precise. She also does my wife's hair, which right now is a really cool blue ombre. Looks great, and has held up really well over the past couple of months. You can tell she loves what she does, and makes the experience enjoyable. The studio is cool, too - well lit and clean, it's inviting and had a cool vibe.

I have been relying only on Brayden James Salon for over 10 years in regards to my hair needs. As a guy it's easy to go to the quick and easy 10 minute places for a cut, but in life your hair is part of your personal business card. I wouldn't trust another place in town. Lindsay takes care of me, but everyone is greeted with a smiling face when they walk in. Also, the results speak for themselves. I will easily spend another 10 years going back.

Called in to see if they had any times available and they were very short on the phone. Poor customer service from the start.
