Excellent service. Vida truly cares about the health of your hair. I booked for a braid service and had a lot of damage prior to coming to the appointment. She provided some education and even added a protein treatment to my service. We talked through a plan to help my hair get back to a healthy state. Her quality of work and customer service is top notch.

Love the natural look crochet style! I get so many compliments each time I have my hair done by Vida. She styles it perfectly everytime with just the right amount of color, and makes the waves pop with the natural look. She is careful to take care of my natural hair as well, and I have not experienced any breakage. Thank you for keeping me looking my best!!

I love getting my hair braided by Vida! She always does a great job and she's sweet friendly and patient with me trying to decide on my style lol. Vida is truly talented and gifted in braiding hair... she's also the first person who's braided my hair and it doesn't hurt. I haven't been disappointed yet. I pray that God continues to give her the desire and ability to braid hair because she's excellent at it! 🤩

I will never be going back here again. Yesterday I went in and the store owner did my braids. It was clear that they did not want to do it. She sat me down in the chair and started yanking at my hair with a comb, tearing through my roots. She repeatedly made nasty comments about my split ends and had a very dirty attitude. She proceeded to blow dry my hair and burn my scalp because the heat from the blowdryer was so hot.This isn't the first time a stylist has complained about doing my hair. YOU ARE A HAIR STYLIST!!! THAT IS YOUR JOB TO DO PEOPLES HAIR! You'd rather lose money then to do your job?! I always tip them $20 -40 extra dollars. The hair appointment itself cost $40 I gave her $60 total. They will never get another dime from me. She complained the whole entire time. You just lost good business. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!

When you set someone a appointment and take their deposit make sure you can do they hair on the day the appointment is set and if you can’t refund their money back ASAP just as well as you took it ASAP
