Had a wonderful experience on this past Thursday. After a few months of deciding WHAT I wanted to do with my hair, I decided on braids...Plus I saw an advertisement from Braids by Grace for $165. I bit the bullet.........................Fast forward 5 hours later, I walk out with braids with no tightness. Stylist Yolanda did a great job. I would go back. They are right behind Walmart....near Ross and a thrift store. Very happy!

Medium knotless braids hair included for a price that no one else is offering. Can’t be beat. Not only is the price highly competitive and the hair being included at that price a steal in itself, it only took 3 hours and was able to accommodate my late appt after work. Fast, neat, and non painful. Definitely a forever client.

Absolutely recommend this place! This is the best place I’ve ever had my braids done. Quality work, reasonable price and lovely ladies. They really care about their work and making sure it’s exactly what you want and not too tough on my hair to where you go home and have to take a Tylenol which I loved because I hate too too tight braids but my hair feels good. I will be going to them from now on for my braids. Jeannine is amazing and really pays attention to exactly what you want and a very sweet lady. I have already gotten compliments and referred my fam and friends to Braids by Grace. Definitely a five star 🌟

I just got my hair braided today, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The braider was incredibly skilled and attentive, making sure to understand exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I also appreciated how quick and efficient the service was. I left feeling fabulous and confident. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get braids. I can’t wait to show off my new look.

Very fast and neat braiders. One particular thing about this salon is the fact that every time I braid my hair there it lasts a long time and the compliments I get are top notch. Grace is very polite and ensures that you get more than what you asked for.

I am a service worker and originally made an arrangement to get my hair braided today 7/28/2024 with Grace. I explained to her that I am a service woman and will be leaving to training and needed my braids to be done in a certain way to fit under my hat. I sent her a video of how it is to be braided under my uniform hat and she explained that she should be able to accomodate that. We agreed that I would pay her 185. Approximately about 2 weeks later she sends me a text requesting a 25 dollar deposit. She did not send a link to her website where to send the money. I explained to her that I didnt feel comfortable sending a deposit before a service is done but I would give her the 185 in cash as agreed. She did not respond to this text message so I assumed we were still on to get my hair braided. Now two days later... This morning she sends me a message this morning stating that she booked with someone else to do their hair and that she is not doing my hair anymore because its a policy that you first give a desposit. I called her twice this morning to discuss further or for any miscommunication and she never called me back. She never informed me this was a policy when we talked and she never sent a link to her website or about this said policy. I have gotten my hair braided for years and have never had to send a deposit prior to doing a service and if it is a policy, this information is usually discussed upfront when booking and a link is sent discussing the said policy prior to the service and where to pay. I would have just went with another braider if this was said up front and since she did not respond to my last text message about me paying her the 185 I assume we were still on for today. I dont believe she wanted to do my hair at the agreed price because I inquired about a military discount (its cool if she was not willing to accomodate I would have just went with someone else) Thankfully I was able to find someone else at the last minute to graciouslly do my hair prior to leaving for my training. I would not recommend here. I just felt the experience and lack of communication was very unprofessional and very inconsiderate.

I have had my braids done by Jeannine. She is amazing. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair. I am a forever customer. I recommend Braids by Grace she does an amazing job every time. Great experience!!

I found an advertisement for Braids by Grace in my neighborhood while out and about. I researched and saw the great reviews. I didn't think the experience would be horrible. My daughter was scheduled for a 7am appointment. The deposit was paid and the date and time was confirmed. We arrived on time, but Jeannine did not arrive until after 830am. A call and text was placed. She eventually responded by saying she thought the appointment was for 830am. How? We have the text message confirming the 7am appointment. I was ready to leave and cancel the appointment. My daughter was so worried she wouldn't find someone else on short notice. She insisted that we continue with the appointment because it was for prom. The blatant disregard for others time and unprofessional behavior is something I cannot support further. Let's not talk about her braiding smaller without getting consent and then tried to use some absurd excuse. Enjoy the money. I will never recommend or use her services in the future.

Jeanine is an amazing braided ! Super professional , punctual, and a fast braider. As someone with thick hair, and a bit of a sensitive scalp she was super accommodating. She has done any style I could think of , and I recommend her to anyone looking for an affordable stylist in the area.

Jeannine is wonderful! She is friendly, listens to what you want and her braiding skills are impeccable! I've referred over 30 clients to her and get compliments all of the time. I wear braids as a protective style and have been coming to her since 2019. I even referred my hair stylist to her and she loves Jeannine too.
