When I go to Boyds, I visit Michael Kelly. He is such a fun, and welcoming soul! I always get a low haircut or a fade, when my needs or wants change for my hair, Michael has always made those accommodations and gave me exactly what I was looking for. When you talk to him, you will leave with a smile! Highly recommend for my fade and low hair cut, also styled well after :) thank you!

I walked in, asked the Ladies if I could make an appt for a cut and color. The nice lady very quickly suggested Michael Kelly. I made an appt with him via cell and met him there the next day . When I left 3.5 hours later, I smelled like his Vape, my hair looked like a 7 year old had cut it and my head was on fire from over two hours of bleaching.....you decide .🌿180.00 and yes I tipped him because he was so nervous, he nearly but off the tip of his finger. Good luck to Michael, I wish you a long and prosperous career...

I said no red hair. Could be a little bit of blonde. I came out with red hair and one side of my hair cut shorter than the other side. I'm so aggravated that I paid and walked out. I will be getting in contact with them to fix this mess. She asks me at first what color I don't like and I said red and blonde

In April Monica cut my hair, she did a good job. Gave me a card with her name to call if wanted her again. Then that time came I called and lady answered the phone said she was all booked up. When I went into town I decided to stop by and see if someone else could do it. There were 2 people in waiting area. Lady at desk said they were all booked up and could not do a hair cut and she continued talking to someone that was behind the desk. Did not check to see if anyone could work me in like most walk-in places do, so I left. What is the purpose of walk-in sign when they say all booked up with just 2 waiting? I will not be going back.

Made appointment and asked for Jackie, she does not work there anymore Cut and color with Rebecca. Her nails were so long it impaired her ability to work. Her fingers never touched my scalp during shampoo never mind thinking I would get a bit of a scalp massage. Not here. Asked to please not cut my bangs straight across and she did just that cut me a straight bang. My husband said the cut looked like a Darth Vader helmet and told here she had left dye on the back of my neck. She cut the helmet back off and left the dye for me to get off myself in the car. Please do not go to get your beauty treatment here as you will be very dissatisfied. Won’t be going back here.

My daughter and I were walk ins and Becca had us in chairs almost immediately, everyone was friendly and helpful, she did a deep conditioning and cut for me (I usually end up in tears every haircut) not this time, all smiles and same for my daughter and she showed us a few tips and tricks as well. Definitely recommend and will definitely go back.

3rd time trying a walk in appointment.. 3 hairdresser that are sitting in the lobby on their phones telling me they don't have time to do a cut while no one was even in a chair.. should probably take the sign that says walkins welcome
