I’ve been going to this place since 20 years. The girls usually do a very nice job. There is a new owner. He is very rude. Not very nice to the clients and he calls him himself the nail salon owner. You never seen him doing anybody’s nails except making appointments and rejecting appointments, I called to make an appointment today and he rejected my appointment because I said I did not want to show up at 10 o’clock in the morning. He gave me a different time a week later at 10 o’clock in the morning and at 12 o’clock told him nicely that schedule does not work nice for me. I need something later. He chose to tell me that I cannot book an appointment with them and to not come back there anymore because I told him that time doesn’t work for me so for a new owner a business that’s established over 20 years. He seems to be taking over and doing a really bad job He’s also acting like it doesn’t cost me $150 every time I come in there for a refill and a pedicure A majority of the time I put on a full set so my nail appointments are not cheap New nail salon owner should be nicer and specially to clients step and coming to that nail salon before he was even born

No flexibility when you are sick and needed to reschedule. I tested positive for COVID on a Sunday, and I call on Monday to explain my situation and the response was that if I didn’t arrive at 11:45 for my appointment I was going to be charged anyway. What else should I do, go there with COVID and spread the virus or go there personally with the evidence of my test results in order to reschedule my appointment?

Amy did my dip powder extremely thick it looks clunky. She didn’t even bother to push back my cuticles. I just got it done today and it looks like I got them done two weeks ago. The job felt super rushed. There are parts near my cuticles that weren’t clear painted so the dip powder didn’t stick. I didn’t bother to say anything at the salon because I didn’t have time for her to redo it over. I also don’t like having to tell a manicurist “can you please fix this can you do this do that” it makes for a stressful experience and it’s suppose to be relaxing.

Amy is my new favorite manicurist. She’s really kind, and gave me a perfect uv gel manicure, not too thick, she took her time with everything and made me feel at ease. Shape was perfect. I don’t get my nails done constantly, but I have always had a good experience at this salon. One time I left feeling like my manicure was a little messy, since my nails at the time were very short and I had asked for a dark dip color. I called and the receptionist had me come right back to fix it. Everyone is professional and eager to make sure you are happy with their work, just be kind and honest if you need to communicate something :) The guy at reception is super nice too! Prices are fair- I’ve gotten cheaper in Flemington but for the quality, location, and kind staff I’m happy to be a patron here 👍

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I was disappointed. None of the employees seemed welcoming and within 24 hours my nail polish already chipped. After spending $35 for a manicure, I’d expect more than just a day of use.

Definitely make an appointment and you can do that online. Been a customer for a couple of years. They do a great no frills job. Reg polish lasted almost a week without chipping on my fingers and toes last til the next pedicure. Had the dip done on my last visit and I couldn't be happier. Done properly and not super thick. So far 2 weeks strong and no issues. My go to hometown nail salon.

I have been going to this salon for a few years, I have always had a positive experience. The staff is courteous and friendly. I am also glad that their prices are more reasonable so that it doesn't break the bank. Highly recommend!

I was a walk in at the Boutique Nail Salon 6 weeks ago - I needed a grown out dip manicure removed. The place looks great and my nail technician was very friendly and efficient - she did a beautiful job of shaping my nails and I was surprised at how fast she removed the dip. I didn’t want polish but she told me that the removal made my nails a little dull and suggested a clear nail polish. I accepted. I tipped well and left with my nails looking great. I was super happy until a few days later when I removed the polish - to find that big chunks of the dip hadn’t been removed on most of my nails. Each looked different - some had bigger patches of old dip, others had small patches. It is now six weeks later and they still look bad. This is very disappointing. I can’t believe they would hide a shoddy job under polish. I won’t be returning to this place and would not recommend it.

Outstanding technicians. Been going here for over 5 years - they are perfectionists. So much better than other places I have tried. Just be sure to book an appointment - word has gotten out and they are always busy!

Same experience as the last reviewer regarding cleanliness at this place. While the manicurist worked hard and the finished product looked decent, the cleanliness and sanitary practices at this nail salon are questionable. I too didn't realize until after the fact, that I was not asked to wash my hands with soap and water before my dip powder manicure began. I asked about the foot filing machine being used, as it looked well used before she began using it on my heels, and the manicurist quickly said it was clean. But I noticed no change of stick on pads. The tools were not in sanitized kits or clean storage boxes. I probably should have left after a few tell tale signs. When hygiene is not taken seriously it can cause the transmission of serious and hard to treat nail fungus and other nail health issues.

She really took time to make sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them, and was very sweet. The nail prep she did was super nice, and the salon was very peaceful. No obnoxious loud tvs, but a nice quiet playlist.

Very understaffed! I stopped in for a manicure in the middle of the day on a weekday and was told there are no available appointments for the entire day! The parking lot is also a pay to park lot so I had already paid to park. Very disappointing!

Disappointing experience today. After years of good service, the pedicure tech seemed untrained. She did not check the water temp, alternating between spraying my feet with scalding and cold water. She trimmed my nails superficially, taking little time to groom around or under the nails. She was pleasant, but seemed out of her comfort zone. I hope that more training can bring the service back to what it has been in the past.

Had a pedicure & dip nail appt with Lynn & she exceeded my expectations! I was out of town from my usual nail tech & was hesitant because i’m particular about my nails. Lynn did such an amazing job with both the shape & design! She’s also a really personable & sweet person. I will definitely be going to her next time I am in town & need a nail appt! Thank you so much! Only suggestion I have is I wish the shop had more dip colors to choose from because that was a little limited. Other than that I had a wonderful time(:
