⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Becca is an absolute gem! She’s not just a hairstylist—she’s a true artist. From the moment you sit in her chair, she makes you feel comfortable and listens carefully to what you want. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she always delivers exactly what I envision (if not better!). Whether it’s a fresh cut, stunning color, or a flawless style, Becca knows how to make hair dreams come true. She’s also super friendly and makes the whole experience so enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and their craft, Becca is the one! I can’t recommend her enough!

I’ve been getting my hair done by Maryna for a few years now and I can’t imagine letting anyone else touch my hair!! She’s absolutely amazing at what she does, never disappoints! Shes also super friendly, I always have great time chatting while getting my hair done! I honestly can’t say enough great things about Marynna and this salon! Highly recommend <3

Maryna at bounce hair boutique is so talented!! The only stylist I trust with my hair. She has always done my hair exactly how I like and is always honest with me on what works and what doesn’t. Maryna takes the time to understand my hair goals/concerns and offers great advice and services. I had Maryna do my hair, and I didn’t know exactly what I wanted so I had shown her a bunch of pictures with different ideas. She truly captured what I had imagined. I love my hair. I highly recommend her. She takes her time to understand your style and preference.

Cut my hair with Tierrah & loved her!!! 🤍 She was great at communicating what she was doing/what she did and was extremely helpful with her advice on how to use my hair products. I would highly recommend her and can’t wait to come back!

I got my hair done with Becca and she is a very nice person, I loved chatting with her but this is the first time I would say my hair was messed up. I wanted the natural lived in colour with a golden blonde and I ended with a beige blonde and bleach hot spots all around my head. She told me it was because she didn't realize how much hair I had and was running out of time therefore had no time to blend it. Her usual thing would be to do a root smudge but had no time and let me leave with it unblended. That definitely made me feel like I got less of a service than I paid for as this definitely did not look natural lived in. It wasn't until my hair was straight that I noticed the hair cut was really bad too. We agreed on texture and I even showed her a tik Tok comment that said what to ask for. We spoke about how since my hair was getting cut above my shoulders, there shouldn't be too many layers. Instead my hair is 2 different lengths and so choppy. She fixed my colouring but tried to blend the haircut but now it looks worse. She told me I will have to let it grow out. I asked for a refund for the haircut portion and I was told no. She states that she gave me what I asked for but I know I didn't ask for this. She also states I never showed her the TikTok comment but I did. She also says she can't give me a refund cause of the time she spent on my hair but that was because she had to fix it. I think there could have been communication like "I didn't realize how much hair you had, are you okay to come back tomorrow". Every one of my friends and family say that my hair cut is super bad. Obviously it will be Becca's word against mine but I do know what I asked for and the pictures I showed. Again, she is a lovely person and the salon is beautiful. I just would recommend one of the other hair stylists. I included pictures for reference.

Kristen did an AMAZING job on my hair. Not only was she very knowledgeable and explained what the process was, she was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable in her chair. I’m so excited to come back for more beautiful hair transformations but to also just see Kristen!

Alessandria is an amazing and talented stylist. Her skills are beyond the best that surpass usual Windsor stylists. She is Toronto stylist quality and very fairly priced. Definitely recommend her.

Alessandria did an incredible job with my hair. From start to end, she understood my vision took her time and blew me away with the results. I have curly hair and have never had anyone be able to give me a proper balayage. She took her time and left me with Beautiful hair that still feels great and isn’t damaged! I never felt rushed, And she took the quality time to give me the results I wanted. Highly highly highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my appointment with Rayanne! She did her best to help me reach my desired colour and length and provided me with detailed recommendations of how to take care of my curls. I really liked the way she explained every step to me and made sure everything is the way I wanted it to be! Highly recommended!! The result was just amazing 😍

I could not be more elated with the experience I had at Bounce with Alessandria! She is truly the best stylist; she listens to what you want, provides expert advice, and has such an amazing eye for how to cut and colour hair! I have been going to Alessandra for years and I am so happy she is now at such a fantastic salon! The atmosphere at Bounce is so wonderful! Bright, comfortable, and super friendly! I am looking forward to going back again and again and walking away feeling my most beautiful best!

I travel all the way from Ottawa to get my hair cut by Mariah, she has the proverbial green thumb! . She’s super talented at cutting my hair and helping it grow, I cannot go to anyone but her. She also taught me so much about how to nurture and style my curly locks. Also this salon is GORGEOUS! Love all the plants and natural light.

Great space, loved my stylist Summer. Went there for the first time, and she cut my hair and styled my natural curls so pretty. She taught me how to do it myself. Definitely recommend this space, and Summer in particular.

I saw Summer for a trim and to learn how to properly care for and maintain my curls. To say she’s a curly hair expert is an understatement. She thoroughly examined the texture of my hair and taught me what I need to do to properly care for my dry and frizzy curls. She then went through and gave me a dry haircut to get rid of dead ends, taught me what a co-wash is, and applied the proper styling products to my hair to revive my curls. My curls were brought back to life with her proper technique and expertise. Spending an hour with Summer learning about my hair was truly worth it.
