There’s a reason this place has incredible reviews! I was looking for a spot to get my first builder gel manicure, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff here are incredibly kind and accommodating, and it’s the best manicure I’ve ever had. Philip is exceptional—he focused on every small detail until it was absolutely perfect. I’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend this salon enough!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else except Bong! All the nail techs are amazing at what they do and have the best customer service. They won’t let you leave the salon without making sure you’re truly happy with the way your nails turned out. Everyone knows that when you find a nail salon you trust, you stick with them! Shoutout to Amber, Leah and Tom! 🩵

If you send your teenagers here, Make sure to ask how much before you get any services. They will take advantage of young girls and charge them $200 without telling them the costs until the end. Beware

I loved the leg and foot massage. Very relaxing!!! Attention to detail with the toenail trim. I loved the fact that I could talk with the employees.

Like every time, I am very happy with my nails! Hanna did great job again. I have gel polish on my nails, and pedicure with a gel. If you need good foot massage, she is definitely the one you want to do it for you! They are clean,friendly, all in one place! Thank you Bong nails team

$5 for “upgrade services” no extra service was done my natural nails are just longer so they charged extra for that. Make sure your nails aren’t too long for them I guess. My regular place doesn’t charge for that so I’ll keep going there. The reasoning of “this is Nashville,” is sad and meaningless.

Amazing nail salon! Super clean, which is very important to me. Bong has so many colors to choose from. I am always offered a beverage or I can make my own coffee at the coffee bar. Leah is so good, she always knows what I want, pampers me and I always leave with beautiful nails! Highly recommend Bong Nail Spa!

The amount of care and skill used by the artists at Bong Nail Spa is evident in the finished project. As a man with serious eyebrows, I’ve been hunting for a place to consistently do a good job since I was 15. Bong is the only place I know that consistently delivers. The staff is friendly and the location is beautiful. I couldn’t recommend it enough

Went today excited to try this place because of the excellent reviews. I kindly asked them to not use a drill on my toes to remove my gel as I have spent time healing my nails from drills being used in the past. Their spa menu and policies clearly states that "customers can refuse the use of drills" . They refused to serve me because I didn't want drills used. To be clear, they were not rude, but I wouldn't have driven there or waited for 20 minutes to get in the chair if I had known they would turn me away because they don't abide by a policy they created.
