Exceptional customer service with a wonderful staff. Alexa has been cutting my hair for two years and I will never use anyone else. She is accommodating, skillful and will always make you laugh. I highly recommend you book an appointment with her.

I went there to get a balayage. The hairdresser’s assistant left the toner for a long time or didn’t distribute the product properly, so she told me the assistant messed it up. When I saw myself I was brunette and started crying. She has to highlight my hair, and it got blonde but from the root (which o didn’t ask for that) and the color was dull. She asked me to not make a scene as she has PSTD and she said o has to come back, as it was yellow and it looked I was wearing a wig. I went today, they put toners on my hair to make it darker but what I have right now is not what I wanted, I’m feeling sad and not myself. I called the owner for a refund, as I’m going back to my hairdresser in the city to fix this mess, and he was very rude on the phone. He didn’t let me to speak, and didn’t addressed my concern or how I was feeling. I don’t recommend this salon AT ALL. DON’t go there! Getting a haircut? Maybe. Color? Run away from here

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE FROM THIS HAIR SALON Years of dying my hair at salons, and I just came accross my worst experience ever. YOU DO NOT EXPERIMENT ON YOUR CLIENTS LIKE THEY ARE LAB RATS. ESPECIALLY WITH BLEACH. A SIMPLE APOLOGY WONT MAKE IT !!!!!!!

Just went in for a blow dry which I have done several times before and they do a good job. However when I got to the counter to pay she said $55 and I said I think I paid $45 or $50 last month when I was here can you look up my account and she did and said I paid $55. So that was it I paid….so I don’t pay over $50 for a blow dry as a general rule so I checked my credit card when I got back to my office and I was right I had only paid $50 everytime I went there until today. It’s not the $5 it’s that she lied straight to my face so beware of liars they are blonde and work at the front desk

We love BonBon. My husband, my 4 year old, and my 1 year old have been getting their hair cut there since we moved to town 4 years ago. The owner Neil does an amazing job every time (even when my toddler was screaming and thrashing). They are consistently very good and everyone walks out looking great.

2 stars because the staff is really nice. The salon can’t manage curly hair. Would not recommend for anyone with not naturally straight hair Edit: since leaving this review I’ve gotten not so friendly texts and phone calls. I would like to clarify- I’ve gone here 2 times. The haircut service is decent. When it comes to the blowouts and styling, they have a hard time with curly hair. I had to go home and redo the whole thing because of how frizzy it is. I called requesting to get the haircut no style. They said it goes together and I would have to pay for both. I have no issue paying but I have an issue paying for bad services.

Tried BonBon for the first time yesterday and couldn't be happier! Great atmosphere. Ariel was a delight - asked lots of questions about what I was looking for, provided great suggestions and delivered a fantastic cut. Will definitely be back!

I was hesitant to try a new hair salon, I have thin and fragile hair and I’ve been a blond my whole life but decided I wanted a change, to go darker – and other stylists just couldn’t seem to give me what I want in the past. But I was lucky enough to go to Bon Bon and meet Olivia. Olivia was not only such an awesome person to chat with but she made my hair look absolutely flawless – and I couldn’t be happier with the color! Her talent and personality makes this salon shine! Best salon in Darien and it's not particularly close. Spent a year+ looking for a place in the area...got a handful of horrific haircuts along the way. Thankfully I found Neil and his team. Top notch haircut, great service, reasonable price. And they're good people.

Not only did she tame the unruly overgrown mess that is my hair, she put me at ease right away by asking all the right questions, delivering a great cut and she was a pleasure to talk to. Upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist and offered a beverage. I accepted and chose a cappuccino- she made a lovely one for me. Margarita was my stylist. She gave a great consultation addressing all of my concerns and expectations. During the cut, she gave me advice and perfectly balanced being professional with personable. I left feeling beautiful and with the exact cut that I wanted.

Very nice place and nice haircut. This guy colby hes very niceee.. he cut hair very nice and I drive 1h for haricut. Its my to go place. For the service the price is really good.
