My mom and I got a microneedling procedure done for the first time. Yolanda was very friendly and answered all our questions. She was particularly patient and helpful with my mom, who is 82. We are coming back for our 2nd treatment in a month from now...can't wait!

Such a great experience all around. As a bit of context, I had been researching and putting off SMP for a little over a year. I was nervous about the procedure, the possibility that I would have to shave my head, the expense, what the recovery would be like, etc. Finding Phillip at Bombshellz was the absolute best thing that happened to my SMP journey. His communication and responsiveness during my investigation process was exactly what I needed to put my mind at ease. Reaching out to other clinics prior had just added to my anxiety. Even though Bombshellz was over an hour away from my house, the experience was well worth the drive! On the day of SMP, Phillip sat me down and again explained the entire process one on one. The procedure itself was painless. Cleanliness was spot on. The explanation of the recovery process and expectations was very clear. I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience or a better outcome! I highly recommend at the very least reaching out to Bombshellz Beauty Bar if you are looking into SMP!

Make sure you read the cancelation notice! If you pay 60 dollars for a Groupon, you lose the whole Groupon if you have an emergency. (Rather than the $30 dollar cancelation fee)

Unprofessional. Yolanda "text" (which was never received) and no call for a same day cancellation when the reason for the cancellation occurred two days prior to our appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early and called twice as the door was locked and no answer. Yolanda's text response made it clear she places blame on others, takes no accountability, and places her personal matters and agenda above others. She even went the extent to tell me I was wrong for calling her prior to our last appointment to let her know I had an unplanned event where I needed to take care of my paying customer - placing my customer above me, as a business owner should. Check out Little Luxury Spa down the street. Way better choice.

Beauty and cozy place. Yolanda is the owner and she very nice and friendly. This is my first time doing eyelash extensions and I like them this much. She is kinda busy so make sure you book an appointment as soon as possible if you don't want to wait at least 10 days. I will be back next couples weeks for my refill and next time for doing volume lashes. In general, highly recommended. I will put more stars for her if I can.
