I absolutely love Bombshell Salon!! The experience is always relaxing, professional, and my hair turns out beautiful. I have continued to see Haley and she is amazing!!

I recently moved from California and I came to NY in hopes to find someone similar to my solon that I have been with for many years. I have hair extensions and I needed a hair move up and hair color. Yes it's more then what I pay then in California but that's to be expected with it being different area that's not the issue I don't mind paying if I get what I asked for. So long story short I got all over bleach retouch and after there was a toner put over and I asked to have just a shade or half a shade darker added to my rooted area so it don't look so stark well to my surprise it came out dark like reddish brown I never wanted that color and not only was it darker I looked legit like a cheetah, the dye was stained on my scalp as well and the lightening in the solon I couldn't tell until I got home and it was shocking especially when I asked if I could have it redone and the lady asked the solon owner what can be done and they said it was my fault because I asked for it even tho I'm not the expert and didn't know it couldn't be done. So I was told I can come back for no charge and was hoping to get my whole head redone and she mentioned let's just do the top area and we can do the whole head with your next appointment and I honestly didn't want to do that but I agreed because she did try to help with getting me in without paying again but after that visit it still didn't look the best but was better and was hoping next time I come in it would be better so I texted her and asked for a appointment again for hair color and hair extensions moved up and I have been getting no replies!!!! So she talked me out of redoing my whole head and then ignored me now?? That's not ok because I would have wanted my whole head done then if this would be the outcome. I have stressed to her that I have had horrible experiences with bleach so it's really hard trusting someone to bleach my hair so this is very messed up. It wasn't cheap service it's $100 a row and I had 2 rows and for hair color it's $180 and that's without a tip. My hair extensions have been sliding down as well just after 3 weeks of getting them installed and I have mentioned to her and no replies like I have mentioned. Please save your money and find someone who will not make you feel bad for their mistakes and I honestly deserve all my money back but it's ok this review is worth it to me. I have pics to prove I just have no idea how to share them and hope I can because it's that bad!!!! I would do your research and go anywhere but there even if you have to drive further so you don't get this treatment if they mess up your hair.

Isabel does a great job with my highlights and very friendly. I have been going to her for months now and is always pleased with what my hair looks like after!!

Haley did an amazing job with my coloring and curtain bangs. During the whole experience we had great conversation and she made me feel confident in her abilities. She's newer to the shop but she fits right in.

I had the best experience! I'm very pleased with my hair! Isabel really took her time with my hair, it turned out so beautiful! I will definitely be coming back! The salon is very clean and everyone is so nice! I got my eyebrows and eyelashes done also and I'm very satisfied how it turned out. Becky walked me through the process (since it was my first time) I had so many compliments 🙂

Bombshell is absolutely amazing! The environment is very comfortable. I go every couple weeks to get my hair done and Everytime I go in, the girls are all always welcoming and always are asking me if I need anything while my color is processing. They are an all aveda salon which is all natural which is amazing for people who are allergic or have sensitives! I highly recommend going here for any service!

Honestly, don't waste your time. They maybe have only person in here that possibly may know what they are doing. The impression I got from this place is this is where young girls learn at the expense of your precious hair for top dollar. I made an appointment 2 different times and neither time could they give a simple textured cut. At least they were honest about it. Just wish my time wasn't wasted.

I frequently go to this salon. All the stylists are very talented and know how to help me. I highly recommend going here. Every time I've been it has been a very good experience.

I had booked an appointment on a whim and was extremely nervous. I feel like I’ve hardly had good experiences with hair dressers. But oh my goodness am I glad that I came to see Heather! She spent so much time on making my hair even and honestly PERFECT! She styled it to match hers because I had said I loved her hair and she made me feel absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much for making me feel pretty again Heather! I’ll definitely be back!

First time client of Brooke’s at Bombshell Salon!! If you are looking for a knowledgeable, personable and passionate hairstylist I would 100% recommend booking an appointment with Brooke. She took the time to explain the process and the reasoning for each step. The atmosphere was enjoyable and relaxing during my time there. I went to Bombshell for the first time yesterday and had my hair cut by Laine. She was wonderful and did a great layered cut to help incorporate my bangs as they grow out. I would absolutely recommend Bombshell and Laine to anyone looking for a new salon and stylist.

I’ve been going to Brooke for a couple years now whenever I go to get my highlights touched up and a trim and she is amazing!! Never fails to do exactly what I am looking for and then make it look even better than I could’ve imagined. Which is exactly what she did today for me. She engages in conversation the whole time and tells you exactly what she’s doing as she’s doing it. I trust her with my hair 110% and never had one remotely negative experience with Brooke. If you’re thinking about going to Bombshell, do it and ask for Brooke!! 🥰

Easily the worst blowout I have ever received. I left the salon with extremely frizzy hair that looked terrible. I never have this problem at other salons; I do not think this hairstylist has experience with hair that is not pin straight. Extremely disappointed and sad, especially since everyone was very friendly.

I liked my hair just fine but my neck and side of my face were dyed black for a day. Although the dye can be scrubbed off skin as for my sweatshirt it was ruined and I called about what was the best way to get it out and she said dish soap and water and then I ran it through the wash and it didn’t budge.

I've been using this salon for 2 years and it keeps getting better & better! The salon has a great atmosphere and all the girls are amazing. My main hair stylist is Brooke and she is seriously phenomenal. She's so fun to talk to and extremely talented! If you trust someone with cutting and coloring your hair, that means a lot! 5/5, definitely recommend trusting Brooke with your hair! (Attached is my most recent trim & style by her)

Moved to the area 5 months ago and have been searching for a hairstylist as I was reading reviews there was a post by Terri showing the ally of the salon and a mess area. I read the owners response and laughed that someone would feel the need to point the day they had a flood. That review was the reason I booked my appointment. AMANDA WAS FANTASTIC!! we were able to chat and talk as she gave me the exact style I wanted. The other stylist there seems to also be having a good time talking with her client. The atmosphere is stylish and warm and the staff appeared the same. I live in Elmira but this place was worth the 20 min drive. I'll be back for sure!

Overpriced, paid 150 for a root touchup and haircut. The stylist missed several spots, so my grays are longer in several areas throughout my hair. I expected better for that price.

The stylist was nice enough but I don’t know how much experience they have with my hair texture. The bleach she used for my balayage dried out my hair to such an extent I had to spend another 300 on a keratin treatment right after. I don’t think the amount of bleach she used was necessary because I didn’t want to go that much lighter. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for color.

I went here to get my eyebrows waxed and also get a lash lift + tint. For some added context, I’m pretty depressed and have been feeling pretty bad about myself for a long time now- I decided to come here and try to do something to make me feel pretty again. Rebecca certainly delivered. She completely understood what my goal was for my eyebrows, and kept their thickness and fluffy ness while still cleaning it up. She was REALLY attentive and keen to detail, which was also evident when she did my lashes. I assume that it’s not easy whatsoever to do a lash lift but Rebecca did her best to make things perfect and it was great to see her put so much care and effort into her work. It’s clear that she really, really enjoys and takes pride in what she does. Not only that, but she made me feel very very comfortable and safe- it was really easy to talk to her. I often get really anxious when going to places that center around beauty because I am not a woman who knows much about that arena and due to my mental health definitely have not been able to put as much care into my skin, eyebrows, hair- anything of the sort. She also gave me a little gift bag of those eyebrow spoolies, stuff for my eyelashes and eyebrows, and even gave me two undereye masks so that I could give one to my mother. Needless to say, there was no better place to go and no one better to see to help me. Rebecca made me feel pretty again and made me feel incredibly valued and cared for as a customer. Thank you.

I’ve been going to Bombshell Salon for about a year now. I go to Amanda Bacon. My hair has made a big turn around since I’ve been going there. Their hair dye is all natural and the colors are beautiful. Bombshell has a friendly and positive atmosphere and their prices are very reasonable. All of the hair stylists there are very knowledgeable and friendly and are willing to help you out with whatever you want. I highly recommend Bombshell Salon.

This place does give great cuts but some of the girls act like they're better. And I've been here a few time and none of they really seem to interested in small talk or anything.
