Very bad experience, customer service was worst, they didn’t even know how to talk, got burned my skin with wax, they destroyed my eyebrows, I had to go another place to fix my eyebrows. I never want to go there again

Every time I have gone in to get a facial I feel like I'm pampered, respected and my concerns treated with diligence and care. Ruchi gives the best facial with all the pampering from the minute you enter their Salon. All my questions get the attention they need which leaves me very motivated and excited about returning back each time, She does perfect eyebrows & haircut too.

Normally I go to Ruchi for a haircut/threading/ facial . She does a wonderful job, also is a passionate person. I have been going to her for past 3 years and is always satisfied with her work.

Whenever it’s time for my eyebrows threading and waxing, it’s always with Sangeeta . She has never disappointed me. She is very friendly and welcoming with the customers. Excellent service… Keep it up 👍

Every time the worst experience with eyebrows . There is a lady named sangeetha she satires on the customers . I went to get my eyebrows done and I am not satisfied with the shape I asked her can you thread a little more . She is like I fixed them and I can’t do it . And also she is telling me to get surgery done so that my eyebrows look how I want Seriosuly ? This is not only the first time . I have been the 3 ladies gossiping and joking about customers in their language thinking we don’t understand . I would definitely need an answer for this

I have been there for facial...my bad the lady doesn't even know what kind of facial to suggest,when I asked for few facials listed on the service menu, she said they only have gold facial. I agreed to her and I did a big mistake. The only things she used on my face are lots of aloe Vera gel, st ives scrub and finally vlcc facial pack that too for 10 mins..she definitely didn't use products from vlcc kit..Massage steps were funny.I never saw someone apply plenty of aloe vera post facial.I would have done better DIY at home. I wasted 65$ please beware.

I normally do not have a negative experience when I go here for a facial wax/ threading but today I did. I go for my normal facial/ waxing and they only did my eyebrows & lip when I had more hair on my face. I also got charged the full face $40 when again my lip and eyebrows got done. Just a little disappointed & I didn’t want to make anyone feel bad

Be aware!! I went for hair style and eyebrows threading, and it was my worst experience ever. Ruchi is very unprofessional, and she doesn’t know how to do hair cut and eyebrows. She doesn’t know how to treat clients. She left me on chair, and she was attending cellphone call. Very disappointed. Not recommend at all.

I had great experience with the hair stylist Ruchi, who is very welcoming and is a pro in hair highlights & hair cut. She gives professional advice based on the hair type and never insists on getting it done. Would love to revisit.

I have been going here for a very long time now. And I must say that there is absolutely no other place I would choose over this. Among all the Zara shops this location is my favorite. The ladies here do an impeccable job with every service I have tried here be it waxing, facial, henna, or haircut to name a few. They treat everyone with kindness and respect which I find very touching. Going here makes my day. A special shout out to my girls Sangeeta, Asha, Ganga and Ruchi for a job very well done. Thank you for making me look and feel beautiful! :)

I went to this saloon for a hair cut and totally disappointed . Really don’t know how to cut hair. Never had a hair cut where hair wasn’t wet before cutting. She didn’t listen to what you wanted and you have to keep telling her to cut more hair. She definitely doesn’t know how to layer hair or do pixie cut. She is super slow in cutting hair and hair cut is horrible. I would not recommend her I see why hair cut is cheap as you get what you pay for. A child could cut hair better! The stylist name is Ruchika. I damn sure she doesn’t have license in hair cut. Owner should take care of it

Yesterday I went for my haircut and it was my worst experience. She doesn’t know how to do hair cut and hair setting. My hair was all mess. Never had a hair cut where hair wasn’t wet before haircut This was my worst haircut experience ever.

They are cheating for facials. They show the brand new box what they would be using for facial but when you see the entire room the new box is still like that unopened as the facial room won't have any lights they just use some left over products for your face this is really cheating. The trash will be also clean as they did not even open the new box. No one wants to pay 60$ to 70$ for leftover products. Be genuine when people are paying money to you.

The Bollywood Beauty Salon is a fantastic location for threading and waxing. I had my eyebrows threaded and waxed. Both of these were quite beautifully done. Very dedicated, and I adore the way the brows are done. The best aspect is that I didn't have to wait, even though I didn't have an appointment. My waxing was done by two girls, who did a great job and are both extremely lovely and friendly. I wish I had known about this place earlier and used their services. Everyone in the area should visit Bollywood Beauty Salon, in my opinion.
