Body therapy spa is amazing! I started coming there because I had sciatica issues, after a few sessions it was gone, then I saw they do all kinds of stuff so now I get these amazing facials! Try the face cupping one or the fascia facelift It’s incredible! Highly recommend this place! Very knowledgeable staff.

Body therapy spa really helped me with the tons of knots in my back. After several sessions, I also noticed I was so much more loose , relaxed and flexible. There’s really something to this whole fascia thing. I have never been to a place where they did so many different techniques. Everyone there is amazing! I also got a great facial!! Can’t recommend Body Therapy Spa but enough. You won’t regret going.

I don't live in FL, but I travel for work. And after booking my flight the next thing I do is book 2 hours with Loretta. She's been working on my shoulder/rotator cuff/lat pain consistently for more than a year and she is the ONLY person I've found who listens to what I need, has the expertise to resolve it, and truly wants to help me understand the mechanics of my body and how to get out of pain. I'm so grateful to her.

Loretta is very well trained & experienced in her massage craft! I pulled my rotator cuff and was in extreme pain, her ability to dig & find the root cause is phenomenal! Highly recommend Loretta!! She the best at body work hands down on me!

Loretta was soooo amazing. She worked spots on my body that I didn’t know existed! She gave me homework to work on my spin and i truly felt cared for. Much more than a massage. Fabulous results on chronic stiffnesses and improved posture.. You can have total control of how much you want Vera to push your stretches.

I always feel so much better after my Body Therapy Spa stretch sessions with Loretta. She’s very knowledgeable about our muscle, tendon etc make up. She’s helped relieve tremendous arthritis pain in my thumb joint. Her office is very cozy, clean, and comfortable. I look forward every visit. We always share great health information. I also hope to try some of the other services offered. There’s such a variety related to self care. Truly it’s hard to decide. Time for a new me in the new year. I easily recommend Body Therapy Spa to everyone. I also prefer it not being a chain.

I purchased a stretching package from Body therapy spa. I started here with a stretching program after several other programs to avoid surgeries and day to day pain and it's been amazing. I've had constant sciatica and this program has worked wonders for my mobility.
