My first Hauschka facial was at Body and Soul 25 years ago. The scents, process, and results left an indelible mark on my being. While I've been back over the years, today, I had one, and just as Proust proclaimed, I was catapulted back 25 years to that very first one. Throughout, I took in the sounds of relaxing music and road the trip from amazingly sensitive Hauschka product scent to scent. If you've never experienced Hauschka, you don't know what you're missing. Dune is always a true delight, and my services by Dana left me riding on a delicately-scented cloud. Did I mention I'm glowing? Not from that wham bam, hard core medspa-type facial with all the whirring machinery and chemicals, but from true, accomplished, confident artistry. Needless to say, I've made mental note to not wait too long until my next at Body and Soul. After all, the world is tough enough and finding peace is a necessity.

Lovely Victorian house creatively transformed into a spa. Ambiance is relaxing and quirky, massage therapist Laura was excellent for deep tissue. Highly recommend!

My wife and I came for massage therapy and we were so happy to find this little hidden gem. Our overall experience is 5 stars. The environment was amazing and highly enjoyable. We will return for more sessions.

Was visiting the area and did so much walking. I went in for the Happy Feet treatment, which was just wonderful. Ally was great, and I don’t think my feet would’ve survived the rest of the trip without this soothing break.

We made two appointments yesterday, confirmed them for today, drove 30mins each way for the appt, and were told when we arrive that they had double booked. This place was recommended to us by someone, but this lack of communication is no way to run a business

Justin was the best massage therapist I've ever had. He was dedicated to resolving my issues and was gentle yet firm. He's a master!! Highly recommend and i hope to go back even though i live in NYC.

Took my mom today for the mother/ daughter package. We both enjoyed the facial and massage. The only negatives would be that the sound of the traffic outside distracted my mom, some white noise or louder relaxing music or sounds would fix that. Upstairs and the waiting area were chilly and the massage therapist had cold hands! We were both provided with heating pads, which helped with the chill. Other than the traffic sounds and cold, we both had a very relaxing time and would go again.

I visited Body and Soul for the first time today. Trust and health measures are always an important part of a positive massage experience, but particularly during the precarious time of COVID. When I booked my massage, the owner took the time to explain the many safety precautions and procedures in place and had clearly educated herself on how the virus spreads and how to best manage the risk of transmission. Rebecca was my massage therapist and she was excellent— she provided a great massage, was friendly and welcoming, and followed every safety procedure. Be prepared to call when you arrive, to wait on the porch, have your temperature and oxygen checked and fill out a quick COVID related questionnaire and release. It was all quick and respectful. You’ll also want to bring a blanket, if you prefer more warmth, and a mask. I had a great massage today and felt safe. I appreciate all of the effort that the Body and Soul team clearly put forth to make massage a safe option during the pandemic.

I highly recommend this place for massage. Customer service was superb, my massage therapist was very good and I left in positive spirit. My partner and I just got massages and we both LOVED them! I can say, with confidence, that Linda Fries gave me the best massage of my life. It's like she had a sixth sense for my tension spots! I have never been so relaxed. The place is also cozy and wonderfully decorated. We will be back!

Rebecca is amazing. She listens to your concerns and makes a tremendous effort to remedy your toughest muscle knots. As a dental hygienist I suffer chronic neck and hand tightness. I am so glad to have found a massage therapist who excels at her craft! Thanks, Rebecca - I'll be back!

Wonderful massages and cozy atmosphere. I’ve had a number of the massage therapists and each has been very talented. I make a point to go whenever I’m in town visiting my aunt.
