Absolutely incredible experience with Erica! Lovely and serene space filled with intentional healing energy. The massage was also possibly the best one I’ve ever received and I have gotten monthly or quarterly massages for years. She was able to release a deep knot of tension I had in my upper back area for many years. I am feeling the immense benefits over 24 hours later. So many special extras including a choice of aromatherapy, the most comfy massage table of my experience, and an offer of room temp or chilled water at the end. Highly recommend booking a session with Erica and allowing her to intuitively tend to your body, psyche and spirit✨

Do yourself a FAVOR!!! Erica is amazingly intuitive and a true healer. I swear she knew what I needed before I even explained. I felt so cared for and very comfortable during my appointment. I walked in feeling restless and off track, and left feeling rejuvenated, aligned and honestly seen. Ever since my time with her, I’ve felt very uplifted, less stressed and my body just feels at ease!! I used to need to stretch constantly and it never felt like enough, just restless..and now stretches feel satisfying and I feel like my body is just functioning as it SHOULD!! I love this journey and am so grateful that there is someone so talented to help me feel this healing. Erica is a gem! My first session with her she put me to sleep with a relaxing message . During my second session she was able to release shoulder pain that I’ve had for 3 years. She is so attentive and creates such a therapeutic experience.

I found BPS through a Google search, and after checking out a few massage therapists nearby, I decided to book with Erica—and I’m so glad I did! I’m not new to massage or Reiki healing, and I truly believe you cross paths with people who are meant to help you heal. i found the most amazing reiki healers and massage therapist but that was in my home state and i moved to Nashville a while ago and had been busy with work that i was not able to find anyone here until now. I’m usually more into deeper, firmer massages, but I booked a therapeutic massage this time, and Erica was amazing. She’s incredibly in tune with what your body needs and really listens to it. I had been dealing with shoulder pain for a while. After just one session with Erica, the difference was incredible! The massage, combined with the cupping technique she used, eased my pain and gave me much better range of motion. She suggested another session to work more on my mobility, and I’ll definitely be scheduling it. I just wish I had come to her sooner! Thank you, Erica—see you soon!

I got a complimentary massage. I never told her I had fallen and sprained my wrist I noticed the next day it felt fine and wasn't clicking anymore. Explain that. I also saw a woman in a cast get a massage and didn't use the soft cast anymore.

Erica truly is a magical unicorn of a massage therapist here in Nashville. She is extremely knowledgeable and gifted with her hands. It is no joke that they call her "The Muscle Whisperer." Erica will have you and your body feeling right and amazing. Don't sleep on her Chakra Balance sessions either. Massage therapy married with energy work takes the experience of a massage to a whole other level. Your soul and body will thank you for allowing Erica to work her magic on you.

This was one of the best birthday gifts I received and certainly the best experience! Ericka is amazing! I believe she has magic hands! The service and the ambiance were amazing! Visiting Nashville for a weekend getaway with my wife, I searched for 5 star rated spas prior to the trip. So glad I chose BPS. My wife described her massage session as, "the best ever". BPS IS PHENOMENAL! Erica can just look at a jar and it will open for her. I have had quite a few massages in my life and none compare to Erica. I was desperate to find relief for the burning pain in my shoulder. Erica assessed my needs and worked with my body. My session was completely personalized as she worked with different modalities to ease my tension (aromatherapy, massage, and cupping)! She was so in tune to everything I said out loud or not. The atmosphere was calming and all the conversation we had never felt forced. Whether I wanted to ask a question or relax in silence, she graciously obliged. Erica is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and explained the science of my pain. I was a visitor to Nashville and told her I was searching for a massage therapist I could see regularly in my state. She offered to help me look for someone because she has connections in my area!! Honestly, I can’t recommend BPS enough. Thank you Erica for everything. She stayed late at work that day to fit me in and she was an absolute angel. I cannot recommend her enough. My pain is almost gone after one session and I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip. I am so, so grateful to have found Erica!! This phrase repeated multiple times in my mind as I received the muscle and energy balance treatment. The whole experience was truly amazing!! She hit all the right spots with my preferred deep touch and was very communicative with what she was doing and what she was finding. It felt incredible. I am writing this review a little over a week after my treatment and I just want to say what an incredible week it has been. I feel a great shift in energy and clarity of mind. I even brought my son in a few days after me because of what I had experienced for myself and I am starting to see a shift in him as well. I have so many wonderful things to say about Erica and her work. She is professional, knowledgeable and intuitive. She is also extremely warm and welcoming, like I have found a new best friend to help me on my life’s journey.
