November 2024 I was in Grand Rapids to care for my father who had a major heart surgery to save his life. Since I was visiting from another state, I needed a wax durning my long stay. I scheduled an appointment on a Wednesday. Unfortunately something came up while I was caring for my father who required 24/7 care. I missed my appointment but quickly called to reschedule. Within 24 hours I was charged the full fee-$95. When I called to inquire I was told there were no exceptions. It is appalling that a business owner doesn’t have compassion for a customer in a stressful family situation.

I had the eyebrow mapping and tint service. My brows were back to their normal blonde after just one week. I reached out 2 weeks later and they offered me 30% off my next service. They don't stand by their products and they dont take care of their clients. I was very disappointed as their services are not cheap. If you want eye brow tint that lasts....go to Grand City Tanning, they know what they're doing!

I get my lashes done by Kendall. She’s super kind and welcoming. The girls have all been very nice. She does a great job on my lashes! I love the atmosphere! Definitely recommend!!

I go to Carley for my Brazilians and I’m not kidding when I say they are the most painless waxes out of everywhere I’ve gone (I went to 5 other places before Body Haus). Carley makes you feel so comfortable and is so knowledgeable about everything she’s doing. I’ll be back next week to get my eyebrows done! I recommend Body Haus to everyone if you want somewhere that is professional and really knows what they’re doing along with truly wanting the best for all of their clients!

I got 2 tattoo's done by Maddie AKA JoJo Ink, and couldn't be happier! She put a lot of emphasis on sanitizing everything +1! It was a very enjoyable and professional experience!

I’ve been going here for about a year and have tried many different services and haven’t ever had a bad experience. Carley has done my Brazilian. I was so scared to get my first one but she makes you feel comfortable and goes fast. I’ve gotten teeth gems by Kendal. I also go biweekly for lashes by Sarah. Sarah is the sweetest soul you’ll ever meet. She’s also done a custom facial for me and it was so relaxing and my skin has never been so healthy! I bought daily face cleanser from body Haus and it’s helped my skin so much. Highly recommend!

Sarah R. is an absolute gem!! I met her when I hired her to do makeup for my company's headshots, but then learned of her doing facials/lash lifts & tints and she IS THE BEST! She's so personable, down-to-earth, gentle, knowledgeable and just does an amazing job every time I see her. I definitely recommend her to anybody who is looking for a relaxing AND thorough facial experience!

Bodyhaus is THE best place to go to pamper yourself! The girls here are so welcoming and incredibly talented. I've gotten facials, lash extensions, tans, and brow laminations. I've never left the salon unhappy about any of the service's i've ever gotten. They kill it every time. 100% recommend!!

I go see Liv (Alivia) for my monthly facials. She gives the best facial by far in West MI, and I get facials every month. So glad I found her and the Body Haus. She goes above and beyond during my appointments. I will be coming back every month!

I have gotten multiple spray tans and a facial from Carley, and a brow lamination by Bri! They have so many services to choose from, they make you feel beautiful, and they answer all of my our questions. Very safe environment and very knowledgeable staff. 1000/10 recommend body haus and anyone that works there.

I have only had the pleasure of working with Bri, and would give over a 5 start review if I could! I went to her for microblading & she did such amazing work! Not only that, she was very thorough in describing the actual microblading process as well as the healing process both beforehand and during my appointments. I would definitely go to back to Bri for other services & am sure the other ladies are just as kind and talented :)

I love Body Haus! I go to Liv for my facials and she always does amazing work!! I love that she discusses my skin goals with me and shares the desire to achieve them! All of the ladies there are very sweet, the decor is fabulous, and their talent is unmatched! Highly recommend!

I’ve been here multiple times now for different services. First micro blading with Carly the owner, who is amazing and incredibly talented in what she does and you can tell she loves it. She also does my waxes and always makes me feel super comfortable. Sarah has also done lash/tint and lift for me and she was so easy to talk to right off the bad and incredible kind as well. Forever recommending this to family and friends. It’s incredibly clean as well and always smells the best (just like a spa should ✨) Seriously though, let these ladies pamper you!

I’ve gotten two acne treatment facials and I’ve always struggled with acne and after my second facial I have seen a great result. I see Kendra and Carley. Body Haus is a hidden gem in Grand Rapids with great pieces! I was recommended an at home acne treatment from Carley and my face has never looked better. Between the acne treatment facial and the recommended acne treatments from home I’ve seen an amazing result in my skin even if it’s a hormonal breakout or just a regular ol’ break out. 10/10 recommend if you’re struggling with acne! I’ve been to many dermatologist and none have ever come me like Body Haus has!

This is my favorite place to come for my facials and lash lifts! I never leave disappointed. I leave feeling refreshed and pretty! I also got my eyebrows micro bladed by Carley, and she did an amazing job. I get lots of comments about how on point and great my eyebrows look. Check them out!
