Dejo solo tres estrellas, por que me espera tener una experiencia diferente, la señora que me atendió, hizo todo como apurada, cuando me hizo los masajes en la cara, colocaba demasiada fuerza en mi cara, lo que hizo una sensación diferente a lo que estaba buscando, que era relajarme, colocaba los productos de manera muy brusca, en ningún momento del facial me pude relajar, por qué sentía que la señora está apurada o estresada o no se que tenía la señora, pero no me gustó para nada, salí muy estresada de allí, lo único que si me gustó fue cómo quedó mi cara, si quedó muy limpia no lo puedo negar, pero por el precio que pague no salí nada satisfecha de allí, y mucho menos volvería, a donde no son delicados con sus clientes

My experience with body glow and spa has been great these past months. I do facials, body. massages and lazar hair removal with Sarah she is the best with 20 years of experience, she has knowledge of what she is doing and she studies your skin down to the T. She even gives you a mini rub down to your arms as her hospitality is through the roof. Manuela is always present and managing the business very swiftly with grace. Makes sure everyone and everything is running on time.

Tengo dos años viniendo a Bodoglow Spa y el servicio es excelente. Sarita me hace el láser y facial y quedo como nuevo, es la mejor en su área de trabajo. Al igual que las chicas del front desk, están muy pendientes que el cliente quede muy satisfecho. Gracias BodyGlow por excelente equipo!

Personally, I would say that this place is the worst ever spot for a full body massage. Because of my experience with this business, I don't think that the massage therapists employed here are trained nor licensed. Throughout my massage, all she did was oil on my body and rub it a little with no consistency nor pressure - no techniques whatsoever! In addition, the owner never followed up with me when I requested that she reach out to me with my concerns. This place is basically a cute spot with terrible massage services !

This place is beautiful but the service is pissed poor!!! My review is based on the massage service I have received here. One thing I hate is bringing a person's business down being a regular reviewer but this experience pushed me to give a one star. I should have known better and read into the reviews left about the massage service experienced here as it all relates to what I have experienced as a customer.. As a person who constantly gets massages elsewhere I was beyond disappointment with the service I received here. My best friend and I booked an "hour" Swedish massage. Upon arriving we were very impressed at how beautiful this spa was - the aesthetics were pleasing mind you this was a major contributing factor as to why we decided to go here also because of how clean it was. As mentioned we went to get an hour massage - This is how it went: Our massage started at 11:21 am , during the massage there was more oil than the actual massage - it was more of an inconsistent rub more than an actual relaxing massage! The rub didn't even target the pressure points i needed it to, which I had stated on the form I filled out! My best friend and I agreed on this statement! Around 12:00 pm they laid a warm towel on our bodies : that lasted for like 10 mins until it got soo cold then I realized that the attendants weren't coming back to us so I got up and then shortly after one of the attending ladies came and took off the towel and said that was it - we we're done. I was left in awe as to how a 60 mins massage turned into an oily "rub" that only lasted for for roughly 40 mins with a towel laid on our bodies for 10 mins that grew very cold ?? I confronted the person at the front desk and all she said was that her manager would reach out to me. Beware: This place is beautiful but the massage service is pissed poor!!!

Acabé de salir de body glow, es un spa expertacular me hice las cejas y tengo más de 5 años visitando el spa y la verdad que todo me gusta desde el servicio hasta resultados digno de recomendar 100% lo recomiendo. Gracias el lugar es hermoso y todo es limpio y siempre está con un aroma exquisito.

Amazing customer service and amazing work!! The spa is super clean, smells amazing, and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The owner did my brows and OMG the amount of compliments I’ve gotten! About 4 of my family members have had their brows done with her as well. She is super patient, honest, and her enthusiasm shows through her hard work and positive energy. You can tell she loves what she does! the salon downstairs is also a 5 star business; I’ve had a wash and set and cut twice and both time I’ve been so happy with the results. Again the customer service, the attention to details, and the consistency will always have me coming back every time! So happy with the entire experience! 5 out of 5 for sure!!!

I got an armpit facial and she did a good job... but the reason for my review is 2. 1. I called and asked how the armpit facial was and they told me while the mask is on, the facialist will give a small back massage- which didn't happen. 2. The facial said 60 minutes but I was done in 38 minutes. Everyone was really nice but the short timing is sad.

Never going back again, the person who did my facial today don't know her name but she is in the first room she was super rushing , she didn't even massage my face like " what the hell u learned in the school?". I'm super disappointed with the service. Like what am I paying for?

Mi experiencia en body glow spa ha sido súper buena ya que tengo 3 años visitando el spa el cual me hecho varios procedimientos como Venus, facial, laser, permanent make up entre otros, y la verdad que la experiencia a sido espectacular en todos los sentido desde el servicio al cliente al personal de trabajo es por esa razón que lo recomiendo 100%, también mi hija y amigos los visitan y también le encanta.

Well I went in for a deep tissue massage but this time experience was so bad it was not at all worth… no pressure applied it was like just rubbing hands all over body. It’s Deep tissue massage for reason . Hopefully 🤞 they realize what actually deep tissue massage is.

Not a good spa !!, don’t do the laser here Este es el típico lugar donde te atienden 15 segundos y next 😂 están más interesados en hacer dinero que en la atención que te brindan para los servicios que quieres , otra cosa me lastimaron con el láser creo que te tenía muy alto el voltaje no se 🤷🏻‍♀️ me pego un choque eléctrico 😂 , pestañas me colocaron unas pestañas y la verdad no se veían nada bien me las quité en casa al segundo día me veía muy vulgar eran muy largas y feas .

Only came here once for Wood Therapy. The customer service experience was very poor. They collect payment before service not after. At the end of my session they had me in a body wrap for like 20 mins. The lady never came back to take it off me once it was done she was in a another room doing another service.

Excelente servicio. Sus máquinas son de alta tecnología. La mánager Manuela es muy amable, y atienden rápido. Agilizan todo rápido y casi nunca hay que esperar. Trabajan en un orden fantástico! Me hago faciales y láser y de verdad que he visto buenos cambios. El spa es impecable y siempre está limpio, la higiene es muy buena. RECOMIENDO AL 100%! Tienen una alta capacidad en todos sus servicios.

I have been coming to Body Glow Spa & Aesthetics for over two years. I am very happy with all of the services i have received (i.e Body massages, Laser, Lashes, Facials, I V treatments, Bleaching etc). The staff are so welcoming and friendly. I really appreciate the treatment and services. I highly recommend this spa to everyone. The VIP services is for everyone , they attend to you as soon as you come in , with greetings and with no to minimal waiting. They are organize and are aware of my arrival. They all know me and welcome me by my name.
