I've been going there regularly for 2+ yrs. Always excellent customer service. Sam is an excellent MT, and regular visits have really helped my body handle being an OTR truck driver. Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite places to unwind. Gari Jo and her team are so accommodating. Massages, sauna pods, red light therapy, float pods.... I could spend all day there!

This was my first experience doing sensory deprivation, a foot detox, and salt room…and it won’t be my last. I feel amazing a day after doing all this. My arthritis feels better and I am controlling my diabetes better today. This place is amazing and healing!

Body Concepts is precisely the place I've been wanting to find for years. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. The space is soothing and unimposing and the spa offers price points for everyone. Thank you so much for an amazing experience. I'll be back again and again.

This was my first time here & I loved it! Staff was friendly & informative. I did the sauna pod, salt room, & the detoxifying foot soak. I plan on coming back some time & trying some of the other services they have available. It was so nice to do something different & relax for a few hours! I will be back!

The sauna pod was relaxing and detoxifying. It have nothing bad to say about it, but Kathy....oh, goodness, Kathy. The massage she gave me was fantastic. I do not have enough space to rave about the work she did for me! I will return!

Body Concepts has so many options for overall wellness. I absolutely love the salt room for this time of year with my allergies. My favorite combo is starting with the sauna pod to get my muscles warmed up then have a massage with any of their massage therapists (they are all great) and then end with a foot detox. Absolutely the best place for self care and relaxation!!

Body Concepts is the best! Check it out for some relaxation or detox! Hot yoga is amazing, and I love the foot detox sessions! Top one of these sessions off with a 60 or 90 minute massage with one of their fantastic massage therapists and you will feel even more amazing! The boutique also has great merchandise and great gifts! Gari Jo and her staff are the best :)

Body Concepts is the best! The atmosphere is great and the massages beat my expectations. I absolutely love the Rest.Relax.Restore package they offer. The package Includes a Sauna Pod, 60 min Massage & a Foot Detox. Friendly staff as well 😊 Highly Recommended!!!

Gari Jo is an incredible manager. There was a mishap with my appointment not getting scheduled and she made it right. Im so glad it worked out, because I will be a customer for life. Thank you to Cathy for staying late to ensure I got the massage I so desperately needed- your knowledge, energy and expertise are appreciated as I go through prep and my bodybuilding competition. Highly recommend both Bryan and Samantha for massages! They are both extremely professional and give very relaxing massages while focusing on the areas you requested! I see them both monthly and look forward to coming back each time!

Love Body Concepts!! From the Sauna pod, salt room, and foot soak it is an amazing experience. They also have amazing massage therapists there as well. If you have not been there you have to check it out. Great get away for you self and they have gift cards for the hard to buy for person in your life!! Go check them out!!

This place is so nice and staff are great! The health benefits to each service they have is incredible!! Love Body Concepts!! I typically do the Sauna pod, salt room, and foot soak it is an amazing experience. They also have a tons of other services and a massage therapist! If you have not been there you have to check it out. Especially with this weather change it can affect everyones mood! The owner has basically a little boutique in there as well it has tons of things from essential oils, clothes, funny cups, lotions, and juice mixers that are healthy. Its a must check out! She has awesome deals going on too!

We went for a girls day. This is a very hands on, attentive, caring spa. We could not have hoped for a better experience. We did the package with infrared sauna tub, salt room and ionic foot bath. Warm, comfortable atmosphere.

Best place in town to get an hour and half of relaxation! Sauna pod and foot detox are my favorites...plus a mini chair massage while your feet soak! They have a mini boutique when you walk in with lots of unique items...from at home spa essentials, muscle balms, clothing and cups!

Staff was friendly! Except for my mom's massage (which wasn't hard enough and didn't focus the areas she asked the therapist to), every treatment option was overpriced and ineffective for a one time spa experience. We didn't leave feeling pampered and refreshed like we thought we would.
