Darryl has been the best barber I have ever had in my life. Not only does he give great haircuts, he is one of the most wholesome great hearted people I have met. This guy deserves a raise! I recommend everyone to try him out, because he has not only transformed my life around with a cool haircut, but has given me some of the best conversations I have had in a long time. 10/10. Give this guy his own store! Darryl is the man.

Have to change my 5 start to a 1 star review place has gone down hill in the last year bad communication and just rude guy on phone had a 10:30 appointment and it was messed up and they said it was a different time guy made no attempt to fix at all or offered anything so I called other place in quarry and they had a 10:15 I raced over after hanging around the area for an hour and half for the other location to be told ops the new girl messed up this appointment too but you can hang out for another hour we have an 11 no thanks I’m not renewing my yearly over priced membership and will try to find Chris the guy I came for anyway because service stinks now anyway haven’t been happy with anyone since he left so I guess this was meant to be bye board room if leave a zero star if I could !!!

Had an appointment today with Darryl and I’ve been getting my haircuts with Darryl since before my 20’s. Recently I had been away and thankfully I came to town and was able to reach him. If it’s one things Darryl really cares the most about is his craft. His haircuts never disappoint and 15 years of quality haircuts goes a long way. A traditional meticulous barber whose passions are always about giving his clients the best look always. Once you get a cut from Darryl you’ll never want to go with anyone else.

If you are looking for a top notch cut and style, Darryl is your guy! This man is SO meticulous in his craft, it is unbelievable the amount of care and precision he put into fixing my son’s hair from a bad cut - a person who cuts hair like that is truly an artist. The entire staff was super helpful and welcoming— my son has really curly hair, it’s hard to cut, it takes someone who really knows how to work with it. After wearing it long for a while and then deciding to cut it - it needed to look how he wanted it to look - there are no words, the end result was so worth it….Darryl literally saved the day! We will definitely be back!

Best haircuts I’ve ever received. Kat is my favorite stylist of all time. She is the only one I trust to cut my hair. I’ve worked with other stylists elsewhere and they can never seem to get it right. Kat gets it perfectly every single time! Phenomenal service. I don’t even live in San Antonio but I travel thousands of miles every couple of months because I refuse to let anyone else cut my hair!! Nothing but positive experiences at the Boardroom. Thank you!!

Kat does a really good job with my haircuts. I’m very particular when it comes to my hair and I do tend to be critical of my haircuts when I don’t get what I’m paying for. I’ve never had that problem with Kat. She knows exactly what I’m envisioning. With her, I’ve never had a bad haircut. Tip her well.

Started a new job in October so went for some grooming. The haircut was nice. First experience with a straight razor shave. That was awesome. Also, tried some of the waxing services (nose and ears). First time getting waxed and it was a pretty good experience.

I love this place! I got my membership and wanted to try all of the stylists. They were all great, but when I landed on Kat I was set! She was fun to talk to, she takes her time, and provides ideas/feedback whenever I need it. I actually followed Kat to the Rim and hope to stay with her for years to come because my cut always look on point and her benchmarks are TOP notch. Thank you Kat!

Meh, save your money. They make you create a profile online and then don't even get the services you pay for. Asked by the Cashier 3 plus times if I want to leave a tip before even giving me my total. Train your people better. You can get much better service and a haircuts half a dozen places or more. Don't buy the hype.

Awesome experience! Marissa knew exactly what I needed when I brought up my concerns with my current hair style. She snipped her scissors and buzzed her razor and the results were amazing! Tack on a hand, face, and scalp massage for the full experience and I'm a new woman!!

Bought a gift card online. Recipient never got it! After having to blow the surprise and ask the recipient if he received it and what it was I had to call in. Only to be told sorry and they would forward an email with the gift card amount and CC info to the recipient. Super tacky and embarrassing. I would not recommend. Hope he at least enjoys the service and doesn’t have issues using my confirmation email as his “certificate.” Please do better.

Excellent customer service. Greeted as soon as I walked in and offered a complementary beverage. Booked an appointment with Chris and he did a superb job. I told him what I was looking for and showed him a few photo references, and he gave me exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be going back.
