Has went downhill tremendously. Not sure what happened here. Got my haircut by 5 different people. Medium high fade should be simple. One out of 5 people did a decent job. That was on a recut another barber had butchered my hair. Canceled my membership and was still charged for 2 additional months after cancellation. Have been waiting for a refund since October. I have reached out to corporate at the end of November. I’ve never heard from them either.

Maiya did such a fantastic job, my haircut was great and she was super friendly. She suggested I go with a tapered look and it was on point. Definitely will be coming back!

Haircut experience was ok. Barber was ok. Environment was ok. Over all nothing bad, however nothing granted the 57 dollar price tag. I'm sure the rent is high for the location. This was a 25 dollar haircut and wash. Period. Nothing bad, nothing worth 57$.

I love going to the Boardroom each Saturday. Antrika and the whole team know me and each of my kiddos who often come along. I do the monthly membership which is a great deal, allowing me to come as often as I want.

Took my son here for a hair cut and she did a horrible job! It literally looked like a bowl cut, definitely not the fade that he wanted. It was so bad he wouldn't even let me get a picture of it. $57 haircut that took about 7 minutes, no wash like advertised, nothing! Ended up taking him to super cuts, where she did a wonderful job at fixing it!!

A bit on the pricier side but you definitely get what you pay for 100%. The place is well kept in a super nice location and the staff all seem really friendly. My stylist not only did an amazing job and paid attention to things no other barber has but was incredibly nice and fun to talk to. This is definitely going to be my go-to shop from here on out.

A very cozy and relaxing place. I feel that the staff is very knowledgeable in how to make your hair look the best it can. I know my hair feels and looks significantly better since starting to come in for monthly hair cuts and hair advice.

I don’t know, maybe it’s my fault for coming here with longer hair. I came in originally to trim my split ends and make it even, I came back because it was still uneven. The lady did a good job except now I have very short hair. They returned the cost of the service and were we’re extremely nice, I should of gotten out of the chair the moment the lady said “I’ll do my best to keep the length” I will not be returning, I think there is no difference in skills and quality compared to a cheaper competitor at great clips.

Made an appt for 4pm, arrived on time and waited…. Apparently the stylist was behind? No one said anything to me. One after another customers were arriving after me and being called back for their appointments. Sitting there, twiddling my thumbs, wondering why I was being skipped over. Communication would have done a lot for this situation. An appointment at The Boardroom requires name, phone number, email, and Credit Card. All overkill and to be honest, I don’t want an account-it’s a haircut! I received no less than 3 unnecessary emails about this appointment. Maybe, The boardroom should send these appointment reminders to their stylists? No, I will not reach out to you so you can fix your mistake. If you want my business than you should be the one making the effort to fix the issue.

There are many places you can get a haircut, but your hair and the way you look are important to you. And you know what?! It’s important to these ladies too! Shout out to Shannon. She is someone who you can tell cares a lot about her profession and you as a client. If you want to be treated with dignity, respect, and class, then this is the place to come.
