Came here to speak with a manager or the owner, after paying for parking and coming up to the door to enter, the door was closed with no one to be seen in sight. Online it shows there business hours and should have been opened. I tried outreaching to their social with no answer and it's now coming up on 2 weeks. I also booked an appointment online to see if I can get in contact with someone because the number they have on Google as well there website when calling says the number is not in service. Mizz J outreach to me January 10th and I responded back she seen my msg and never returned.

Got a pedi by Brynn and she did a beautiful job just in time for Christmas! She is extremely detailed oriented and did everything just right. I have recommended her to all my friends

I came in here to get my lashes done. They looked nothing like the reference picture. And they didn’t last the week. I followed the directions. I didn’t Get them wet for two days. I didn’t wear any mascara on them or put any face lotion on them and they didn’t even last two weeks!!!. I had holes that needed a fill two days after. No wonder they had scheduled me for a fill appointment mind you consulting with me …. Probably because knew that there’s gonna be holes two days after. Waste of money. Don’t get lashes done here.

Wonderful experience enjoyed every second they’re very welcoming as soon as you walk in and service is provided very well. Savannah did an amazing manicure and i will definitely be returning ❤️

I recently came in for a new gel-x french tip set, and it has been my favorite nail set that I have gotten in Salt Lake City. The studio was very clean and lovely, and Josephina was extremely efficient and did a beautiful french. I definitely plan on returning for my nails, as well as other services, in the future.

Josefina, Heather (?) and Savanna were amazing! We were running behind and everyone was so pleasant and thorough. My nails look great! The whole place was clean and very well cared for. If we lived in Utah we would come back all the time. Thank you!

This was a horrible experience all around. So bad that this is my first google negative review EVER, and I have burns on both sides of my face. It started going wrong when the waxer used an entire large cotton round SOAKED in rubbing alcohol to clean my brows. It was so wet that I immediately cupped my hands around my eyes so it wouldn’t drip into my eyes. She vigorously scrubbed all over my forehead and way past where my eyebrows are. The smell from the quantity of rubbing alcohol used made me sit up because I was starting to get so nauseous. Despite me saying the smell was unbearable, she still started rubbing until I asked her to stop, which is when her response was to ask me if i have gotten a wax before. As someone who has gotten eyebrow waxes for 12+ years, I have never had anyone scrub all over my face with alcohol, sure maybe use a spooli or a Q-tip to clean the eyebrows - but especially an establishment that does facials? everyone knows that vigorous scrubbing with so much alcohol is terribly drying on anyones skin. It was extreme and rubbed in areas it didn’t need to go, which concerns me because I work hard on my skin. I do not have sensitive skin, nor any allergies, or have had this done to me. The wax was also extremely hot, and when I asked her to turn it down, she did. When it was still hot, she said she turned it down but she did not at all wait for it to cool down, despite me asking her to. I let her know that my right eyebrow, where she began waxing stung and felt burnt, and she assured me it looked fine. I have attached a photo of the multiple burns. Because I had to ask multiple times for her to wait for the wax to cool, my left eyebrow is mainly ok except for one small burn near the tail. She started applying the cooling gel and it immediately burn and stung, badly!! I had already expressed my skin hurt from the wax. She didn’t ask if i was okay, but only asked if I am allergic to aloe, which she should have made sure of before the application. No, it hurts because my skin has been burned, and now aggravated by multiple swipes of gel on a cotton round, then multiple swipes of water to get the burning to stop. The aloe was fine on my other eyebrow that was mostly unharmed. The most unprofessional thing is to me is the lack of sympathy or accountability when I was distressed. Only asking me if i have had a wax before or if i have an allergy after the fact of application. It hurt because that area is burned and now has topicals applied to it and rubbed with a cotton round, not an allergy. She did not show she cared! I already told her my skin felt burnt, she claimed it didn’t but my face and the photos of it say otherwise. She was nice enough, I just wish it was acknowledged and handled different, no one wants to go in for a wax and leave uglier than when they came in. I feel self conscious about the burns around my eyebrows and don’t know what to do about them now, they just hurt. I am not a confrontational person so I paid what I owed, and left. It just sucks to have paid to get my skin damaged and be invalidated when I am tried to advocate for myself.

Got a pedicure today from Braelynn. We had great conversation and my toes look great! They didn't have a ton of color choices but the ones they had were fabulous. The shop was clean and chic and very comfortable. The whole staff was so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return on my next trip to SLC!

Josefina did an amazing job on my nails. I had her put on GelX nails and they came out perfectly. I'm not from this area and she gave us some sight seeing tips that were within walking distance. She is such a sweet person!!

Went to mall on my b day and got my nails done here. Outstanding service! Great nail tech!! So much better then going to ogden walmart. If we lived in salt lake this would be my salon! Thank you ladies!!great job!

I live at city creek so the salon is super convenient for me. Vanessa did my gel manicure and she did a great job. I would know since I used to be a manicurist myself. They were able to squeeze in a gel pedicure at the same time for me which is great because I work from from and only have 1 hour for lunch. Looks like lunch time mani pedi will be part of my routine.

I stopped in to have my eyebrows tinted and glazed for the first time ever. I’ve never been so impressed by a beauty service! Parma was professional, gentle and kept me informed every step of the way. I’ll be back every six weeks for sure!!! Thank you, BO Beauty Studio!

Her hands are absolutely angelic, providing one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. My nails had been damaged from getting acrylics and wouldn't grow. She added vitamin supplements to my nails and started taking care of my manicures. I'm happy to say that my nails are growing again.

This is the best place to get any of your services done!! My eyebrows were a mess but Mizz J cleaned them up and now I cannot go more than 2 weeks without getting my eyebrows done!!
