I booked my appointment back in October. I called several weeks ahead to find out how long hair and makeup would take since I had a tight window for a company holiday party. They assured me I would not be rushed. I arrived on time for my Dec 16th appointment. After waiting 20 mins a customer walked in and was taken ahead of me for a blow dry. My stylist started my makeup finally at 2:47pm for my 2pm appointment and didn't even put mascara or eyeliner on. Finally at 330 she was done and I had to take my hair style down as I left since it looked so juvenile. I called after i left to speak to the manager and apparently the stylist I saw was the manager. She mentioned she could not issue a refund. I asked to have the owner call me so i could share my experience and still no call yet. Posting this for the owner to see and respond regarding my experience.

My goodness where to start?! So the decor is beautiful when you walk in and you just can’t help but to feel happy. I got a blowout done by Bailee and she’s nothing short of amazing!! Do yourself a favor and opt for the extended massage. It’s life changing!!! Trust me just BOOK THE APPOINTMENT!!

Not happy with my experience. Wanted full eyelash extensions set. Lash Tech Alex suggested using different lashes and style bc my eyelashes were long. I thought Ok I guess. The table I had to lay on was very uncomfortable, like no cushioning whatsoever….so wasn’t a good start. The lashes themselves came out too long and heavy at the ends, To where it was drooping and closing off my eyes making them look smaller….I said I wanted cat eye style but this was not flattering for my eyes… I thought whatever I’ll deal with it, maybe I can get it fixed in a couple weeks…. Fast forward not even 24 hours, most of my lashes have fallen out, and I’m familiar with post extension care (from previous services from other places). This has never happened to me before. I called Blush asking for a refund since they’re weren’t holding up as expected. They asked if I’d like to have them fixed instead but I refused, also I didn’t want to lay on that dreaded table again. Please understand I paid $150! I was expecting a decent set. It’s like they were hardly glued on. Not sure what happened. Just disappointed. Blush agreed to refund me 50%. Wish it was at least a 75% refund for these circumstances. So in the end, I’m dissatisfied with their business and I won’t be recommending this place for eyelashes. The place was friendly and cute, but that’s about it for me.

Excuse my no makeup face BUT since I have eyelashes like Snuffaluficus from Sesame street I treated myself with my Mother's Day gift of an eye lash lift & tint! Needless to say I LOVE IT! It may not look like much to some but to me it is a difference! ❤️ Let me just save you some time and just say GIRL treat yourself to some self LOVE! I promise you won't regret doing so. The ladies there are absolutely amazing with customer service and talent.

I don't even know where to start. This was my first set of lash extensions ever. I've been a more lash strip girl! But Jessica knocked my socks off with helping me pick a set out that was best for me and even my length.  She was very up front and realistic of what I was to expect with your first set (with what may be naturally lost and what may fall off before your fill and even up front with fill cost). She made sure she asked questions to get to know ME what I was looking for and was flat out fantastic with her work. This girl has it going on!!! She 100% cares about her work and cares about how I felt as a customer.  I feel like a million bucks!! I can't express enough the information that she passed to me from lash wash, to a silk pillow case, to washing with distilled water, and even down to staying away from oily products. Best first experience and I am so glad I did it!! She goes above and beyond. Thanks Jessica you rock and I can't wait to be a Blush continued customer because of you and your skill and how clean and friendly your facility is. If your looking for a clean facility this is your place too!!

Firstly, the atmosphere is nice and clean and the receptionist was so adorable and friendly. I Had my first lash lift with Kelli. She was a doll, super friendly, gentle and explained the process as it happened. I am really pleased with the results and I’ll definitely be back. P.s. I made another appointment with Kelli since I was happy with the results of the lash lift from my previous visit. I decided on henna because her brows, done by another artist there, looked great. The henna stained her skin really well helping with the overall shape of the brow in addition to darkening the brow hairs. Already having dark brown brows I was mostly there in hopes of the stain filling in the sparse areas. She informed me that the length of time your skin will hold the henna varies depending on some factors, one being skin type; mine being combination. The process took about 30 minutes and she applied henna a 2nd time because it wasn’t as dark on the skin as she had liked. My brow hairs did darken and stayed almost black for over a month which was nice but I barely had any staining on the skin like I had expected and what was stained came off in 2 days. I was so sad.

I loved my experience at Blush! I received the wash, blowout, and style. Not only did I get my hair washed, but I also got a scalp massage and a nice warm towel treatment that was like icing on the cake. I was also really pleased with my hairstyle and the product felt great and smelled wonderful. Lauren did such a great job pampering me, I'm looking forward to booking my graduation hair and makeup with her!

Kelli helped me look and feel so beautiful for my Mardi Gras ball I went to. She penciled me in last minute and was so kind when I showed up a little earlier than planned. She also called me and offered to move my time up because she had a cancellation. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience there.
