This was my first time here and I loved every second! Hai gave me a 90 minute massage and used pressure points. She is extremely healing and knowledgable about ancient practices. I highly recommend this establishment!

I first visited this spa many moons ago, but after a while, I felt my business wasn’t genuinely appreciated, so I decided to go elsewhere. I was considering revisiting, but after reading some of the reviews, it seems that certain issues have persisted—such as upselling, a lack of genuine customer appreciation, and rudeness from both the owner and staff. Another issue I encountered in the past was the owner’s approach to cancellations and last-minute rescheduling. Historically, there wasn’t much understanding or flexibility in accommodating these situations, which made it difficult to work with the spa when unexpected situations came up. It’s clear the spa is trying to grow, but morale plays a big part in customer experience, and unfortunately, that still seems to be lacking. I really hope things continue to improve, but for now, I’m hesitant to return.

I have been coming here regularly for the last couple of years seeing Haifang for massage. She is a wonderful healing person who brings great energy and skill. The spa is always so relaxing and lovely and I am never disappointed. I highly recommend for deep tissue or Swedish and do this regularly in between medical massage for best results on my lower back issues.

I had a Pro needle facial for the first time and the therapist was very sweet and did a great job. She made sure so was very comfortable and I cant wait to see the results.

Beautiful spa! I love coming here for facials and massages. The staff is wonderful! I highly recommend facials with Sadie. She is so detailed, smart and makes your skin look beautiful after. She also gives the best neck and foot massages.

The aesthetic of the place is beautiful. I had an appointment with Sadie and I had someone else. She was new and not familiar with the room things was not working it was a okay facial.

This is my first time to have a facial at Blue Water Spa and I was pleasantly surprised by the service, the cleanliness and the kindness of the staff. I want to give a rave review to Candy who gave me such a fantastic and wonderful Signature facial! Candy really made me feel so relaxed, comfortable and very satisfied with outcome of my complexion. She's very friendly and and accommodating and made sure that all my facial needs and issues were addressed. I came out of with glowing, radiant, soft and very silky skin, and I couldn't be happier! Thank you for the exceptional service, Candy!!!

Really disappointed in the service I received for my facial and the way my mom was treated here by the front desk attendant. I’ve been here multiple times and never had any issues but after my most recent visit will not be returning. I tried calling to speak with the manager/owner and never received a call back.

The staff is so knowledgeable answered all my questions. During my checkout I got to chat with Emily and Jessica super sweet. Exceptional service on every level. I didn’t want to leave so much fun! I went to Blue Water Spa two days ago and I am continuing to see the benefits today from the facial I had! My rosacea was visibly less when I left, which was incredible to me because any time I have had a facial in the past, I always left more red. Rachel assessed my skin and customized my facial to fit my skin’s needs. She asked my comfort level each time she applied a product. The customer service was beyond my expectations! And the products she recommended for me to use at home, I am in LOVE with! I HIGHLY recommend this spa!
