I have been getting my lashes done at Bloom for a while. While I mostly see Sarah (the owner), I've also gotten my lashes done by various other ladies at the studio. The space is beautifully designed, clean, and exudes a calming atmosphere, which immediately makes you feel relaxed. They also sell cute gifts in the store. Sarah always takes the time to listen to my preferences and offers her expert advice on the best lash style to suit my eyes and occasion. Not only is Sarah highly skilled, but she is also warm, friendly, and truly cares about her clients. She makes sure I'm comfortable throughout the session and my lashes always look stunning, full, and natural, just the way I like them. I've received so many compliments on my lashes, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you're looking for top-notch service and gorgeous lashes, I highly recommend visiting Bloom and booking with Sarah. She's a true professional and an artist who takes pride in her work. Bloom is absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming here on and off for 3+ years now. All the staff I’ve had work on my lashes are professional and truly work with you to give you the look that you want, especially the owner Sarah, she does amazing work and hires people who do the same. I’ve referred many friends here and will always get compliments on my lash extensions even after 3 weeks of them being done. And by using their aftercare products you really are able to keep your lashes healthy and long lasting. Much love to Bloom and all their hard work!

I’ve been going to Bloom for over 5 years. They are the best for lashes. I literally drive over 30 minutes each way for my appointments. Everyone there are professional and are very skilled. Sarah is the best! Katie is also amazing. The monthly membership is very reasonable and it’s easy to book. If you want great lashes, this is the place.

Terrible service! Thankfully, I know the lamination process, because they never explain any process to me. She left the liquid processing for 12 minutes, and I had a reaction to the lamination liquid. I was bleeding! Has never happened to me before! No discount or waiving fees and worst, No follow up!

Went to Bloom for volume lashes for my wedding day. The first set was was thin, sparse, and several of my natural lashes did not have extensions on them. They were more of a classic set if I can even call it that as the technician that did them told me after she was done that she did not specialize in volume and blamed it on my natural lashes being curly. I was offered a replacement but since my wedding day was in 24 hours I could only sit for a half hour session. The owner told me “wedding make up can cause them to fall off”, although she had not seen my “wedding make up” which I had done myself so it was natural and not heavy at all or what one would consider “wedding make up”. This set also shed and fell off within 2-3 days. I have had my lashes done about ten times prior to trying Bloom. They were $200 and absolutely not worth having a total of 4 days of lash extensions ESPECIALLY for my wedding day.

Alexa has been doing my lashes for the past few months and every time they are amazing. I've asked her for different lash looks. It's super fun to be able to do a more natural look and then the next something with more drama and know they will look amazing. I would double check to see if the lash look you ask for is a hybrid or more expensive than you originally planned for so you don't get surprised at the checkout. Also, my lashes sometimes twist and poke my eyeball so it’s important to brush and wash them. They will last longer too. Bloom has me leaving feeling great about my eyelashes every time. My friends compliment them and I am always happy to tell them I got them done at Bloom to anyone who asks!

Alexa did an excellent job on my hybrid lash extensions. Absolutely perfect. I am going to recommend her and Bloom to all of my friends. I’m new to Willow glen. I need to find a new lash designer, and I found her, thank you, Alexa! Great atmosphere… friendly and sweet!

Becarful ladies, this establishment requires that you put down a deposit which is fine. The issue is that the deposit should go towards your service or should be refunded but if you don't say anything guess what? They'll keep your deposit and tell you "Whoops sorry we'll be right on it". I can only imagine the number of people that forgot and got conned out of their money. Ask for your deposit back before leaving!!

I got classic eyelashes here right before I was going on vacation to Vegas. I thought this place was going to do a good job considering they were in willow Glen. The first day I noticed a couple lashes falling off. Didn't think too much of it. But the lashes kept falling and wouldn't stop. By the time I went to Vegas 4 days later, it doesn't even look like I had any eyelash extensions on. Pretty disappointing. I went and bought fake ones from Walgreens. Photo was taken 5 days after appointment.

I got classic lash extensions and laminated eyebrows and unfortunately both were really bad. In two days a lot of the lashes have fallen off. Apparently I had to buy their sealant to make them last longer than three days. I’ve got lashes done in many places and I’ve never had to buy a sealant. Waste of money honestly. Also had to get my eyebrows waxed at another location because the shape was really bad. :(

I had one of the best customer experiences with Sarah. I wasn’t sure about my lashes after I had a new set put on and she made sure all my concerns were addressed, tweaked them just the way I wanted and I walked out a happy customer! She went above and beyond! Thank you Sarah!!!

I have been coming to bloom for the last 6 months. After the first month trying it out, I went for the classic membership. So worth it! Lashes are very affordable with the membership. I usually go with Iris but everyone so far has been amazing. Highly recommend!

I got Groupon vouchers for both my friend and myself. It was a gift for my friend so I purposefully used different cards and different accounts for the purchase. We went in at different times. I did it first. After my friend finished, the white lady told my friend that the coupon was invalid but it turned out the lady already redeemed it! They either made a mistake and didn’t bother to look into it, or redeemed it on purpose. I provided proof of purchase over the phone but they kept denying that two vouchers were bought and accused us for using the same one twice. We felt humiliated by their attitude. The quality was also very bad. I’ve done eyelashes quite and bit before but this was the worse. The eyelashes kept poking our eyes and started to fall off the same day. Both sets didn’t last for over a week. The owner also tried to sell us their products. They didn’t seem safe. Plus there’s no labeling besides their logos on the products. Never going back again.

I've never gotten eyelashes extensions before and my experience here was amazing. The customer service was great, with texts to remind you of and confirm appointments, as well as the friendliest faces when you show up in store. The store itself is so clean and cute! As soon as I walked in, I felt at ease and like I was going to be pampered. I cleaned my own lashes with their lash shampoo, which is pretty cheap and you can buy after your appointment! Afterwards I layed down on a bench that was cushioned and comfy and even had pillows for your ankles! My lash tech, Shelby, was amazing. So nice, so sweet with a calming energy, and very informed about the process. I asked a lot of questions out of curiousity and she obviously knew what she was talking about! My lashes themselves turned out amazing! Thick and fluffy, but not too exaggerated. I've been looking in the mirror for like 5 days straight! I've had minimal shedding, which is nice because I'm kind of active and my face gets sweaty; I thought that might be an issue but nope! The price is comparable to the other lash places in the San Jose area and definitely worth it! I'll attach a pic of what they looked like on the first day! Overall, I had an amazing experience with this business and will definitely be back to try more of their services!

Love. Love. Love. Another successful lash adventure with bloom. I always love the vibes I get when I come here and the service is always outstanding and the environment comfortable. I had a full set of volume lashes done and I'm so happy with the outcome, usually I go with classic. I also decided to go with a basic hybrid membership so I can come back for a refill in the next four weeks since I usually push out my extensions and end up coming back and having to do a full set all over again. Anyways, I highly recommend bloom for quality lashes, I have gone to people outside of a "salon" type setting and nothing compares to the lash extensions I get here.
