I tried Bloom based on the awesome Google reviews and was so impressed. I had a mess of brassy blonde with dark roots from years of doing my bleaching/dying at home. I called and told them what I wanted (to pull the color from my roots into the rest of my hair and blend it better so that I could grow out my natural color with less maintenance and have it look more natural). I was honest and told them I have deceptively full hair so would probably need a longer appointment time to fix it. They scheduled me with Lori based on what I wanted and my scheduling needs. Y’all this was SUCH a good experience start to finish. She double checked what I wanted, showed me swatches and talked through what she was thinking for mixing custom color together to match perfectly, and was very sensitive to my needs throughout the process (e.g. telling me how much time I had left under the heater, asking if I would prefer to stay in the sink for toning or sit up, offering water, etc.). To boot, the gals in this salon are HILARIOUS. It was a fun time while my hair processed. After she dried it, when I say this color is AMAZING, that’s an understatement. I’m obsessed with it. She blended all of my blondes together perfectly and toned it exactly like I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. The pricing was extremely fair and significantly better than another salon I tried in the area. I’m a DIY girl but I already made another appointment because it is absolutely worth every penny at Bloom!

Best salon, there is! My wife & I travel for work & 90% of the year arent in Mississippi, yet will only let Ashley @ Bloom do our hair. We've gotten all different cuts & colors and leave loving it every single time! Cannot recommend enough.

Love going here it was my first time going but I have had ms Latoya keys as my hair stylist for 2 years now and she just moved there! Love the way she did my hair and very friendly plus clean salon!

Ashley and Jonni have been doing my husbands hair for a long time and he won’t let anyone else touch his hair! Lori did a kids cut on my niece this particular visit and it went well. Great salon!

My husband and I drive from Harbor town to see these ladies because there's just no better talent! Dr Struble is very particular about his hair and he comes home looking 10 years younger. I get my keratin treatments here and love it. My stylists recently purchased this salon so it's under great new management. They have a make -yourself- at-home atmosphere, great attention to detail, and services are personalized to just how you want it. Kevin Murphy and other high quality products found here. I always look forward to their pedi/manis too

Called to get in for a last minute appointment for a shellac manicure & I loved my service!! I got a appointment with Michelle ferguson and I really enjoyed her! She’s very nice, never runs out of stuff to talk about so you never feel uncomfortable & VERY personable! Not to mention the salon is very cute & petite with very welcoming stylists & receptionist! I was looking for a manicurist that wasn’t in a pop up viatmese shop & I got just what i wanted!

I had a one hour massage gift certificate giving to me by my girls for Mother’s Day; the day I went to redeem it (on a Friday afternoon) the masseuse gave me a 30 minute massage and suggested I come back another day to let my muscles relax because my muscles were “so tight”. So she scheduled me for a 5pm appointment on a Tuesday but when I got there nobody was there! I still have the rescheduled appointment card I just never went back because it’s just not worth it. Belle Ross has become the spot for me!

Very friendly and knowledgeable stylists. They stay up in current styles and products. A full service salon . Stylist have a way of making everyone feel welcome and most importantly they ask for your input on what you want done to your hair. I personally use Whitney but would feel comfortable with any of the stylist doing my hair

Had an appointment set up a month in advance for a wedding I was attending and two days before the wedding they called to let me know they had to reschedule? Its a wedding duh! You can't count on this company. Dependability is everything.
