Description

We offer safe & complaint rapid COVID-19 testing. We conduct all drive-thru testing at our Ventura location in the parking lot, where you can remain in your vehicle to prevent spread. We also offer mobile services, where we can visit you for testing at your home or workplace. Our team is composed of professional, well-trained staff members, including Doctors, Physician Assistants, Nurses, and Medical Assistants who will ensure high quality and timely service. Our staff is trained in universal precautions and uses complete PPE. Call or visit our website to schedule your appointment.

Just went to Nicole for Dysport! It was an excellent experience! She’s friendly, explained the process and made me feel extremely comfortable. She also listened to what I was looking for and I appreciated her gentle hand! Going to Nicole is a must! You won’t regret a thing!

I started going to BloomMedSpa over 3 months and this is my 4th time returning. I have had various services including the Moxi facial treatment and I can say that it has really helped with the texture of my skin and pores which is why I got it done. I look forward to getting another treatment since it is only going to get better. I can’t thank the staff enough!!! Lizzy is a great comforter and makes me feel at ease on every visit, especially if I have any anxiety whatsoever. Natalie’s professionalism goes beyond professional. I have been a loyal patient of Bloom Med Spa for over 2 years and up until this week, I had been very happy with their services. On the Bloom805 website, there's a deal where you buy a $300 gift card, you get $25 bonus, which I've utilized before, without issue. Well, not this time. I purchased the gift card, THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE, and thought it odd that I didn't receive an email with the gift card code, but didn't think much of it because I had a receipt and the funds had been taken from my account with the payer being "PayPal***MathBloom." I was treated by Nurse Natalie(who is amazing btw), went to the front desk gal, Lizzy, to get checked out and payment squared away. They use a gift card service called Giftup, which I only knew because of my previous gift card purchase in May of this year. Lizzy, who I feel could use some training on customer service and frankly, how to speak to people, went to process everything through, she processed it as though the gift card was there and said it might have just been a glitch that we weren't seeing the gift card. Later that day, I received a call from Lizzy stating that they still don't have record of the gift card and I would need to "pay what I owe" ASAP. I explained that this was ridiculous that I'm having to track down my gift card/money after USING THEIR WEBSITE to purchase the gift card, I even emailed them the receipt. Lizzy was all too quick to point out the name of the company in the receipt didn't match any company that they are affiliated with, I took the 2.5 seconds to look it up and it's the parent company for Giftup, the app that they use for their gift cards. I was met with a hostile text response that basically said, Dr. Bloom doesn't recognize that company and it has nothing to do with Bloom Med Spa and I needed to contact them immediately to pay "what I owe." I've spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS at Bloom Med Spa, and on this day I was being spoken to as if I was some con-person trying to grift them by purchasing a gift card AGAIN, FROM THEIR WEBSITE! I had a few texts and phone calls back and forth with Lizzy, who had become increasingly rude and indignant about the whole situation basically saying it was on me to figure it out and I better be calling in a payment to them to settle my account. Despite this being an issue with the gift card company that THEY utilize, I was the first one to contact Giftup regarding the gift card purchase. I received an email back stating they had some issues that day with processing payments and the funds had been on hold in my account, to be released back to me, allegedly, that day. After explaining to Lizzy that the company she works for DOES in fact, utilize Giftup, she stated that she, too, would email the company...all the while making it PAINFULLY clear that I owed them money and basically, pay up. She then received a similar email response back from Giftup stating the same thing they told me. It's been well over 24 hours later and the funds still are in limbo and not in my account. I was in absolute SHOCK at the responses I received from Lizzy, there was no apology for the error on the part of their contracted company, all she had to say was basically, sorry but it's not our issue and it was out of their hands/control. You know what was in their control, how they treated and spoke to me. I have NEVER been treated this way by a company that I have been loyal and faithful to for over 2 years. I didn't receive any apology, other than "sorry but it's not our issue." I did receive a voicemail from Nurse Natalie, seemingly trying to smooth things over after the abrasive and unprofessional exchanges I had with Lizzy, stating she was sorry for all the confusion but basically, I needed to call in a payment to them ASAP as it was not their issue...I'm still waiting to see the refunded money in my bank account and I'll be damned if I'm going to fork over another almost $300 to them when I'm not even positive the transaction won't go through. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Shame on you Bloom Med Spa.
