Love this location! The Blo Boss Yasmin is always available and ready to help with anything you may need. The service is excellent and all the staff are great. I truly enjoy coming here and became a member for that reason. Yasmin gave me her cell number so I can call and book anytime. Looking forward to my future appointments! I highly recommend blo at O-Town ☺️

Going to Blo is always an amazing experience. Everyone is so kind and genuine and the stylists are all wonderful. I came two days in a row and got two different styles, a half up half down and glam waves for a wedding I was attending. My half up half down look lasted from 9am to 2am and still looked absolutely perfect and my glam waves stayed for 12+ hours. I would 1000% recommend this salon!!

Got off the airplane and stopped here to get my hair done. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The store was clean, there were a few people getting services but there was no wait with appointment. They have a makeup area and the regular hair area. Area. The waiting space is all the way in the back of the store which is different and fine. The weather is horrible so I hope the hair will last!

Hairstylists were sweet and helpful, but the manager on duty during my appointment was less than professional. This was my first time at blo and a blow dry bar in general, so I booked a normal time slot but informed them in the comments that I had medium-length loose curls. When I arrived my hairstylist kindly let me know that I would need to pay for a longer time slot due to my hair type, which I agreed to. Around the halfway point to my hair being finished, I noticed the manager was starting to stare at me and began to continually rush my stylist to finish with my appointment. My stylist let the manager know that she would finish quickly, but the manager kept insisting. Eventually, the manager made my stylist stop and made me get up out of my chair and wait on my own time for another stylist to finish with a client and then continue my hair. The manager told the new stylist she had 10 minutes to finish my hair and that’s it, and continued to stare at me the entire time…only stopping to try to sell me their styling monthly subscription service. I felt as though my time was not valued as a customer and that I was being treated differently due to my hair type. I would love to come here again, if only there was a new manager.

poor management, nice staff. Seems like the owner in this location is either racist or have some type of anger issues, treating her employees poorly and making clients feel rushed and uncomfortable. Will not be recommending to no one, so sad to see such a place with potential ran by poor management. staff is definitely getting affected by it 0 stars if i could.

I have been to many different blow out bars - in various cities, including LA and this has been the best blowout I’ve ever gotten. We are in town for a wedding and needed a blow out. My SIL and I came - they were efficient and it looked fantastic. It lasted not only the whole weekend there but with a little bit of dry shampoo we washed our hair one week later. Highly recommend.

My sister and I had the best time during our girls' date at Blo Dry Bar! From start to finish, the team made us feel taken care of. They truly catered to our different hair needs—my sister has thin, straight hair, and I have long, thick, curly hair. The stylists were amazing, offering simple yet effective drying styles that left us both looking and feeling fabulous. It was such a fun and relaxing experience, and we can't wait to come back! The staff at Blo were all so incredible. I live in Boston but am in Florida for a wedding and our whole bridal party went here for hair and makeup for rehearsal dinner day. (As a less crazy option than the professionals for the actual wedding day) I couldn't be more impressed with their performance and the way they treated all of us. It was amazing and I highly recommend!

I’ve been a member since this location opened. Anna has been my go to because she’s amazing. I just got my hair done by Maurice he did great as well. They are the best and you can trust your hair with them. Left my hair shiny and sleek. The manager provides the best customer service bar none. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Highly dissatisfied with this location. I am a regular at all types of Blow Dry locations, regardless of brand, and until now have been very satisfied with Blo Dry franchises in particular (over Dry Bar for example). I was so excited when this location opened up near me, but it has been difficult at best to work with this one specifically. I just got off the call with the owner, Jasmine, who is inflexible, unwilling to listen to my simple request to go with anyone except one of the stylist's there which I've not had good luck with. I will not mention her by name because it may just be a personal preference, however, my DIL also went with her once as was equally dissatisfied. All that being said, I bought a "package" and asked to get a refund if she will not work with me and the owner refused that as well. I will have to use the credit I have left at other locations as to not lose my money, however the lack of customer service and professionalism is no longer worth the convenience of having this location close by. What a shame the owner couldn't see how the value of customer satisfaction and loyalty translates into a more successful business for her in the long run. I wish new customers better luck than I've had, but buyer beware with any longer term commitment with this one location in particular. UPDATE: The owner's response is precisely the issue. Not only are they not taking accountability for what really happened, they are passing the blame onto the client (me). It is unfortunate that they must resort to distorting the truth to save some face. Ironically, I received several calls/texts after the recent incident with apologies and offers to return to the location. It was not that I was unable to accommodate my schedule to their (too little, too late) option, it is that I made clear I was no longer interested in doing business with this location in particular. This will be my last attempt at writing the review I am rightfully entitled to and only doing so to warn future customers as I am not expecting anything to come from this. Again, I wish future clients good luck and want to emphasize that there are good stylists at this location, unfortunately the ownership/management seems to be the main issue. Ps Yasmin said she was the owner.

I’ve been to a few Blo Bow Dry Bars, Jacksonville, Tampa and now here. I am always pleased and this new location is just fabulous. I’m always in and out, get great service, nice stylists who cater to you. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. I am a member, and love my perks too!! Can’t recommend them enough. Top notch!

The team at blo is absolutely amazing! Everyone is extremely welcoming and they make you feel so comfortable. My make up turned out exactly how I wanted. Monica was so patient and executed the look I was going for perfectly. They truly listen to you when it comes to what you’re looking for. Throughout the process they checked in to make sure I was doing okay and if there was anything I wanted to adjust. I will definitely be back in the future.

What is the matter with these places? It took 50 minutes to do a blow out - which is the allotted time and they STILL charged an extra $15 for a couple extensions I have in front for length. It’s so dumb - most places don’t do this when you have a couple for length. Won’t be back

I recently visited Blow Bar for a blowout, and while the final result was okay , I felt that they lacked experience with African-American hair. The stylist did a nice job on the surface, but there were moments where I could tell they were unsure of how to handle my texture . It’s important for a salon to be knowledgeable about diverse hair types to provide an inclusive and top-notch experience for everyone. I’d love to see more training in this area, as the potential for great service is definitely there!
