I’ve been going to Alexis for my hair for a while now. My hair always looks amazing. She takes the time to customize my frontals which elevates my hair styles. She’s attentive to details and is always willing to try different things to expand the wear of my hair.

Ayo does not communicate well when there is a problem with a style done by her. For $230, there should at least be communication when something has gone wrong with the style she created. Will never send my children to her again.

Alexis is very professional , reasonable , and friendly! best quality. Definitely recommend. Honey when it comes to the washing…. She goes in !! Almost puts a girl to sleep. 10/10 she doesn’t miss.

This was my first time visiting this gorgeous salon. My stylist was Anivea and let me start by saying her professionalism was top tier. I’m a Jersey native and I came in asking for a “Doobie” wrap. My up north people understand me lol. Well let’s just say I showed her and she slayed it. My hair is bouncy and the shine is everything. She took her time and was very attentive. Anivea isn’t afraid to think outside the box when natural hairstyle is introduced. Needless to say she now has made a regular client out of me. I’m already booked for my next appointment.

Great service! My stylist was Tete and she was so sweet and did my sew in very quickly. The salon is so pretty on the inside and is a very comfortable environment. I will definitely be going back to this salon!

So for the first time I let my 12yr old go to salon we were both so excited and the finish look was nice however there where some major problems I'm a Lil older and the last time I went to a shop for my hair I never paid a deposit and when I called to book appointment no such deposit was ask of me I ask about pricing and was given a price for children that I thought was a Lil high for just a silk press but was ok with it as the point is the experience after confirming the appointment I was then called the day of to say there will be a switch in stylist and I was ok with that then later that same day maybe a he before appointment was called again because the new stylist was not feeling well and wanted me to change my appointment till the next day because she was not feeling well and that was a no for me my daughter been looking forward to this experience and it was for her birthday so after communicating that to this new stylist she said she do it but was not happy about it after hair was completed I go in to pay and the deposit is brought up and explained in a way that made the price more then told over the phone I also ask that if she need any kind of trimm was there additional charge and told no over phone but you at salon so I then tried to explain this to the I'm guessing owner and yes she apologize it was very clear she was not happy with me or my problem with questioning the price of service so after making me feel like I'm the bad guy I paid in full plus tip and will never go there again which sucks because I was hoping to get my hair done as well

I initially got a sewin and didn’t like it. There was miscommunication that was fully my fault as I admitted to the manager, Adiya. Regardless I received attitude and told that they could do it again no charge. I was greatful, never gave attitude, and wasn’t rude. I was planning on paying if I liked the style and based on how I was treated. I feel they then played in my head the day I got it redone. Once I got home, I realized tracks were showing, the thread in different areas was sticking up through my leave out as you can see in the pic, and my braids underneath were not sew down properly causing the ends of the braids to stick out through the tracks. Each level where she looped the tracks to go to the next row was lifted and not sewn to the head as you can see in the pic. Overall the foundation of the sewin was bad. Didn’t blend well with my leave out and wasn’t flat. The blend was so bad that she had me leave the shop with clips in my hair because my leave out was sticking out in the front. I wasted over $200 and won’t be back. I will spread the word for sure!

I've had excellent experiences at Blissful Creations! The salon is spotless, and you can immediately tell that cleanliness is a top priority. Ayo, the owner, is incredibly friendly and highly professional. The attention to detail in the salon’s decor stands out, making the space both stylish and relaxing. I’ve had braids done and wigs installed here, and every time, I walk out feeling happy and fabulous! The customer service is top-notch; everyone is friendly and welcoming. I also love how Ayo helps young hairstylists perfect their craft, showing her dedication to mentoring and supporting them. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a salon with a chic atmosphere and exceptional service!

i’ve been going to ayo for several years now, and it’s been incredible to watch her journey from a stylist working from home or out of another shop to owning her beautiful salon. ive always found blissful creation warm and welcoming and would recommend it to friends and family.
