Edit: I tried to call to reschedule, spoke in an even toned, stern voice, did not use any expletives, but I did express my discontent with the unprofessional behavior of cancelling right before my appointment and the woman told me I was not being calm and hung up on me. When I called back she told me to never call there again and put her manager on the phone. Wish granted, I’ll never return to bliss again, I cancelled all my future appointments there and then the manager hung up on me as well. I may have been irate because people were hanging up on me but I was not yelling nor did I use any expletives or verbally attack anyone working there. This place is the height of unprofessionalism and bad customer service apparently. If they screw up something on their end and you’re understandably upset they treat you like it’s your fault and hang up on you repeatedly. I already knew the work environment here was really toxic from talking to employees and seeing all the turnover over the years, but apparently that toxicity is now leaking into their customer service. And from what I’ve seen in this thread they usually shirk the blame when they mess up so I’d just stay away from this place and save your money for somewhere else. Their prices are outrageous anyways. I’ve liked most of my services here, and I’ve been going here for 5+ years. But the customer service is really starting to lack, they’re horrible at communicating, they’ve now on multiple occasions waited until the day before or two days before an appointment to cancel on their end because the person wasn’t working that day anymore or something when they’ve known about it for weeks. I’m getting really sick of this unprofessional behavior with scheduling on their end. If I had called this close to an appointment to cancel they’d be trying to charge me a fee. I’ve already stopped getting massages here, I’m about to take my business for my lashes somewhere else as well. It’s common professional courtesy to let someone know as soon as possible that you need to move their appointment. Two days before when you’ve known for weeks is not as soon as possible.

Lindsay (the stylist, not me!) gave me truly the best haircut I’ve ever received. I’ve had good hair days for three weeks straight whether it’s wash day or two days later. Long/wavy/layered air drying cut

Really great massage. They had a very relaxing lounge, offered robes, and sauna as well. The massage therapists were high quality. Overall, great value and experience.

Clean work areas, very professional, they push sales of product at you The artwork is nice on the walls. The building has a lot of character itself. It was very relaxing. I do recommend going here. Christie did a fantastic job with my hair, and Cate did amazing with waxing my brows

In June-Aug 2023 my wife did a back breaking project of redoing our kitchen cabinets. To surprise her after her hard work, I bought her an expensive gift card for a mani/Pedi, at Bliss. 1 week after giving her the card, she called to schedule her mani and Pedi only to be told that Bliss no longer does manicures and there were only a few days left that she could schedule a pedicure. She did get the pedicure. The gift card showed an expiration date of 2024 in one spot and 2025 in another, because that makes sense. She has never wanted to get a massage, however in order to use the rest of her gift card before the supposed 2024 expiration, the only thing she could afford to get with it, was a massage, so that is what she did. Now, one month later, she is STILL experiencing a lot of neck and shoulder pain from her massage and she is one tough girl so I know that the massage must have really just screwed up her body. I don't understand selling gift cards for services you no longer perform or are just about to quit performing. That is a very poor way to run a business, especially a luxury one that is expensive, such as yours. I can tell you one thing, she won't be back!

My favorite service at Bliss is the hydrafacial. Macy always does fantastic job and my skin always feels really good after my treatment. She curates the service to accommodate my skin for that particular session. I also really appreciate how she sets up the room to be inviting and comfortable, including heated sheets for the table. Macy has helped give me advice on what products I could try to help enhance my skin and I have purchased those without the trial and error of me, guessing what would be right for my skin type. The cost of the products for purchase I feel are fair for the elevated quality. The cost of the services are a little higher compared to fellow spas in the area, but I do believe overall the experience and staff is what makes Bliss a step above the rest.

Such a beautiful and relaxing spa. The employees were so kind and helpful! HIGHLY recommend Tish as your masseuse, she did an amazing job and went above and beyond. Will be requesting her again!

While visiting family in TN I booked my wife a massage for her birthday. Sandy took care of us and got us an opening with Jeffery. Jeffery was AMAZING! He did wonders for my wife's neck and shoulder pain. My only regret is that I can only give 5 stars for my the review. Jeffery, Sandy and all at Bliss deserve 1000000 stars for their services, their beautiful establishment, and their wonderful accommodations for us after a long trip! Will definitely come back next time we visit!

Everyone is nice and I loved the atmosphere. However, I was not satisfied with my haircut. I couldn’t go lighter, so I chose a neutral color that was supposed to have blonde and my money pieces were supposed to be touched up. My money pieces are piss yellow and not a speck of blonde in my hair. I have wavy hair and the stylist cut my hair while it was still wet and didn’t check to see if it was even. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be layers or just uneven but I’m not happy with it. I was told I couldn’t go lighter until my next session, but my hairstylist back home said she can fix it and do what I asked for. I just moved to Tennessee and was excited to try this place, but I will stick to my hair salon in GA. I included 3 pics of what I asked for and what it ended up looking like- $258 later. You can literally see how uneven my hair cut is and no blonde whatsoever.

Heavenly Perfection!! We have been to Bliss several times (for facials). Every single visit is the same.... AMAZING! The staff is amazing, professional, friendly and accommodating! If you get a facial - ask for Maci or Emily! That is who we schedule with every single time!!! The facility is clean, quiet, elegant, relaxing and we absolutely LOVE it there! We highly recommend this spa to everyone... go!! You will LOVE the experience!

This was the best massage and facial experience I have had! This was my first time at bliss, and I was greeted with kindness! Mrs. Cindy was the lady who did my massage and she is the SWEETEST thing. She was extremely respectful, kind, took her time and made you feel very comfortable. Such a calm presence! Her technique was perfect and I left feeling so relaxed! Mrs. Diane did my facial and my skin never felt better. She is very knowledgeable about skincare and gave me some great tips to take home! She is so kind and I love her personality! Overall a great experience!! Both of these ladies are a wonderful choice!

My husband purchased me a $300.00 gift card to Bliss Luxury Spa & Salon. I wanted to get my lashes done. Went & got them done and instantly before I ever left the salon had a pain in my left eye that felt like a razor blade cutting when I blinked. The tech looks in my eye a few times and says she don't see anything. My eye was super red and wouldn't stop watering and pain was super bad! She asked another tech to take a look and see if she saw anything in it. The lady said no and so they walked out of the room told me to lay in the dark with my eyes closed and see if it helped. I laid there for a few minutes, and I hear them as soon as they closed the door whispering. I'm not dumb & I knew they were talking about me. I get up and walk out. As the day went on it got worse to the point I couldn't open my eye. Couldn't sleep that night bc the pain was so bad, so I had to use coconut oil and take the lashes off. When I finally got them off the pain instantly was better!!! What happened was she had glue caked up in the corner and it was sharp so every time I blinked it was cutting my eye. So, I went back to the salon to show them where my eye was actually cut. I asked the lady (SANDY) since I didn't get to keep them 24 hrs and it was nothing that I did to cause it, could they refund my money to my gift card so I could use it on another service at their salon I could enjoy. The lady said she had to talk to her manager and would call me the next day with an answer! The next day came, and I never got a call. So, I called and spoke to the same lady (SANDY), and she said that she was still waiting to speak to the manager and would call me when she did but continued to say she was a retired nurse and the spot in my eye was NOT from the lashes it was from an eye injury. WOW!!!! Seriously then what else could it be it wasn't like that when I came in there but was the next day after I kept saying something is wrong and something is cutting me in the very spot where the red mark appeared, and you could see was cut. She finally calls me back and says I spoke to my manager, and we don't feel we owe you anything bc you actually got the service and the spot in your eye is not due to the lashes. Also asked well did you go to the doctor? Did you have a cornea abrasion? Like seriously none of that is even relevant... I'm blown away that they don't even care to try and make it right when their tech is the one that globed the glue up in that corner and it was what was causing the issue. It's not like I asked for the cash back or the money back for the gift card. I simply asked for it to be put back on my gift card so I could try to enjoy a different service at their salon!!! The tech was telling me she owned her own business doing lashes outside of this salon and that we should come over there because it's cheaper. I have never been treated so poorly especially by a place that you are supposed to feel so relaxed. I even have $150.00 still on my gift card and I will not darken the doors of this place again!

Essential Christiee does amazing work, I'm always happy with bliss. I was in between when Nancy left, bc I won't let just anyone touch my hair. She's professional, she listens to what you want, I have sleek hair not a hair out of place, compete precision. I'm happy. Thank you! -Christina

Hi, I had my lashes done in this location, and when I went back to do my refill, they had to take them all done, and I ended up with baby lashes, no lashes at all. That was a horrible experience. I hope no one has to go to. Emily did a horrible job and I don’t want anybody to have to go through this. She was very nice and friendly, but way too young and unexperienced for what I believe. Do not get extensions there as they hire an experienced. Just graduated individuals. However, Kaitlyn seems to be doing a great job, she took them off for me. It was very apologetic just couldn’t help me out because all my lashes were gone since the prayer girl put one eyelash and two or three of mine, by the way, I have lots of lashes I just wanted not to wear mascara for a while and ended up with a nightmare.

I had an amazing experience for my first time at Bliss. My husband purchased a gift card for Christmas for me to get a maternity massage as that’s all I had been talking about wanting since becoming pregnant and dealing with the aches and pains. I was hopeful that I would walk out feeling better but I walked out feeling AMAZING. Lacey did such an amazing job working on any problem areas I had and just making me feel comfortable all the way around. I’d never gotten a massage before so I walked in to this experience blind and left wanting more. Can’t wait to come back and get another massage and use some of the features I was unable to due to being pregnant.

I loved it. Jasmine listened to what I wanted and did my hair exactly how I asked. Great conversations, as well. The place was super clean and relaxing. I very much enjoyed my visit and will be back!

I woke up late due to being a new young mother. I’ve had one bad experience with a massage place and this was supposed to be a nice gift to me. This place is unwilling to work with people at all when missing their appointments and that shows for a lack of care for any person in the world. I’ve had complications with breastfeeding and this was supposed to give me helping hand. I will never be going to a massage place now because this makes a second bad experience with apparently people who have no compassion.

This was my first visit at Bliss and I was certainly impressed! The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly! When I entered the spa, they took time to show me around and explain where to change and what to expect. The facility is impeccably clean and beautiful. Massage clients are provided nice comfy robes and slippers to use during their visit (which was a great amenity)! If you arrive early for your appointment, you can take advantage of the sauna or the relaxation room (do it, it is great)! Tasha was my massage therapist and she was amazing! She took her time to address "problem areas" and trigger points. She was very professional and allowed me to completely relax and enjoy the experience! I have had many massages in the past, but this was by far the BEST experience I have ever had! I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Bliss and I am so excited to go back! (I scheduled another massage before I even left the building!!!)

Tish was amazing and everyone that worked there was so kind. This was my first time getting a massage in years and I was super nervous about it being awkward or just not knowing what to do but everyone made it go so smooth and made me very comfortable. Tish did my massage and she did an amazing job and will definitely go back to here when I can!
