I’m really disappointed with my experience at Blink Beauties. While the service is quick, both times I’ve been, the technique was too aggressive. Last week, after getting my face threaded, I noticed tiny blood spots and breakouts when I got home. The first time I went for my eyebrows, it actually cut my skin. I will not be returning.

worst experience ever went in for eyebrow threading and the lady absolutely ruined my eyebrows , i felt her overdoing the eyebrow and the when i checked and saw i confronted her and she told me she didn’t do anything. will not be coming here again and still had to pay to get my eyebrows RUINED there’s a bald spot now thanks a lot !

UPDATE: see below for original post. I woke up this morning with burns and i called to speak with the manager to get a refund. The lady told me the manager was out of town. So i told her what happened and she said “you can come in today and we can take a look and fix it” i said HUH? Fix what??? Its already been done. I just want my refund because i am unsatisfied with the service. Then she said “well we need to take a look first and if the burns are there THEN we will give the refund” um excuse me?? Ive gotten a brazilian done numerous times and this is the first time this has happened to me. I dont understand why they need to “look” in order for me to get a refund. Don’t come here for a wax. 12/4/19 I came here solely cus of the reviews but i must have came here on the wrong day. First time here got a Brazilian and eye brow threading service. She was very rough doing my brazilian and she missed a lot of hair. I had to ask her to do it again. I don’t think she wouldve had to do it again if she took her time and actually saw where the hair was (sorry TMI). And on top of that the wax was way too hot. I got burned. I literally told her ”ow its burning its burning”. The top pelvic area was burning so bad afterwards. And she literally left me with wax all over. Didn’t offer me any oil or anything I had to ASK HER. When it was time to do my eyebrows she was pushing the thread so hard against my skin. My whole experience was just uneasy and rough. Im really not trying to be dramatic but it was just an awful experience. I could not even complain or react because i was getting really bad anxiety from this woman i just wanted to leave. I won’t be back.

Went there on a whim less than an hour before close but they still made sure my service was up to my standard and even took extra time to make sure my lashes looked just how I liked them. Very kind and inviting staff in general. You definitely get your price worth. Will be coming back☺️

Called for a full face threading.After asking Heba to remove hair from the same locations 3 times I asked if it was easier to wax as she could not pick up hair with thread. She said no and that there was no hair and that she saw very well.I asked another patron if she also saw the hair,she agreed. I asked if there was someone else in the salon she said no. Never coming back. Complete waste of time and money.
