The lady that braided my hair and finished in 3 hours. I was cool with that but I should’ve known it was a bum job. The quality of her work was horrible! She refused to wash my hair. She did the middle of my hair too huge. I will never patronize with this lady or business ever again. I’m a very unhappy customer.

On February 14, 2019, I was a customer. I requested small to medium box braids but in a form of a bob style. The stylist told me that my natural hair is really short and she will not be able to do it but recommended that I get small box braids for the price of 180.00. Before I got my hair done, I spoke to the Stylist numerous times before my hair appointment and she said it will only be 180.00 dollars for the small box braids. I accepted that but once she got finished with my hair, she charged me 200.00 dollars. The braids are pretty but I am not satisfied because not only that this is not what I truly wanted but she charged me 20 dollars more than what was discussed. I was recommended to go to her by two of my coworkers and she charged them between the prices of 160.00 and 180.00 dollars and one of my coworkers had to buy her own hair because the stylist did not have the color she wanted and both of my co-workers' braids were longer than mine. My braids are basically shoulder length. I only had my braids in for two weeks and they are already trying to come on the side. I just had to re-install one. I hated that I was unsatisfied and feeling as though I was conned out of my hard earned money. I like the braids but she should have been honest and stuck to her price which was suppose to be 180.00 dollars. I will never be back to this stylist again. *Tip:* The length of my hair had nothing to do with the style that I wanted. If you can sit there and do a whole head full of long small box braids then you can do short small box braids in the form of a bob style. I'm just saying. I would not recommend no coworker or friend to this braiding location.

My hair looks a mess the young lady name is facto please do not allow this lady to do your hair she cut my real hair the style she gave me was no where close to what I ask for,she is very unprofessional I wish it was a way I could post a picture but I will post it every place I go to all the hair stores! This is not over
