This was such a wonderful and relaxing experience amidst a big time of stress for me. One step in the room and the rest of the world quickly faded away. Erin was immediately so warm and welcoming and explained every process to me so that I was put at ease and knew what to expect. It was obvious that a lot of care and consideration was put into every detail of the service. I will be back!

This is hands down my new favorite treatment/service I’ve ever received. It was 90 minutes of pure heaven on earth. My before and after photos were SHOCKING. I didn’t really know what to expect going into this. I thought just a good ol’ head rub and a hair wash but Black Swan exceeded every expectation and left me feeling incredible. I cannot wait to go back and I will literally scream to “go book with Black Swan” from the mountaintops (even tho we don’t have mountains in Indiana). I’m screaming it! Erin is THE BEST. BOOK WITH HER RIGHT NOW. You won’t be disappointed! I’ve included my before and after pics bc they’re too good not to share!

This was literally one of the most euphoric experiences I’ve ever had. I did the 60 minute Purity treatment and my scalp and hair have never felt so refreshed and healthy. From the different therapeutic smells of the natural hair products, to the sound of trickling water from the halo, to the tension relief in your neck and upper back from the massage, this experience is something you NEED in your life. I don’t even think there are words to describe how AMAZING this experience was. I’ve been waiting for a head spa to open in Indy, so when I found Black Swan, I was soooo excited! The whole experience was relaxing and stimulating at the same time. I appreciated Erin taking the time to explain scalp health, all the steps she would take, and what everything did. My scalp afterward felt tingly, minty, and refreshed (and of course healthy!!). I was relaxed and refreshed. I would 100% recommend this to any and everyone!

The experience was incredibly relaxing, with benefits for my scalp health that were obvious thanks to her cool scalp camera. I cannot recommend Black Swan Head Spa enough! I’d been wanting to go to a head spa for months and was so excited to find one in Indianapolis. She exceeded my expectations! It was a perfect way to end a stressful week and I’m planning on going back regularly. I especially loved the 90 minute session which felt so luxurious.

I received a scalp service from this salon and was amazed at Erin's knowledge. The technology she uses allows her to adjust your treatment based off on your scalp needs. Seeing your scalp before and after treatment really shows the effectiveness of her work. The environment is so relaxing. The treatment is unlike anything I've experienced and I would highly recommend!

I didn’t think they had head spas like this anywhere near me, but then I found this spa while scrolling on tiktok. It was an amazing experience 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to relax but also wants to start their hair health journey. The whole vibe of the room is already relaxing as soon as you walk in, Erin is very accommodating and she explained everything very well!

Staff is super informative and educated in this field. I am a total newcomer to this style of treatment and they made the process very easy to approach and understand. The actual treatment was beyond what I thought. Soo relaxing and my hair/very dry scalp has literally never felt better. If you are reading this review just schedule. Genuinely a very good service.
