Very unprofessional, do not come here for waxing this place is very judgmental, does not follow hygiene rules , I had went to the hospital to get my legs checked due to the wax burning my skin , the girl there didn’t care and continued to call me racist slurs

Janelle is AMAZING! I was a shaver all my life until I found Bitchin' beauty. I always wanted to try waxing, but I was SUPER nervous having my girl parts out for a stranger. She came highly recommended, so I said, "Let's do it." She made me feel super comfortable. She is very professional, fun to talk to, and makes u feel at ease with the process. She is also very knowledgeable and helpful. I refuse to shave ever again. I do the Brazilian and honey pot glow every month, religiously, and I am in love.

Janelle is literally a ray of sunshine and one of the greatest hair and makeup artists I have ever worked with. Her positive, fun and kind personality is contagious every time I’ve worked work her. Her products are incredible too! She puts so much love and care into her work and you can absolutely tell. I love working with Janelle and can’t wait to work with her again in the future.

Janelle was an amazing and kind person. The brides first makeup artist cancelled on her an hour before she was supposed to be there. Janelle answered her phone right away and was more than happy to come and save the day for the bride. She was there within an hour. Her make up was beautiful. Janelle went above and beyond. Just amazing.

This was the first time I waxed my legs and underarms. Before booking with Janelle, I had many fears, but she put me at ease when she answered my questions (promptly by the way). I had a great experience with her, and you can walk in free from worry and judgement. Janelle is very professional and her studio is very clean and cozy. A 5-star service no doubt! I'm glad I gave myself the chance to do this, you should give yourself a chance too... eat the cake, get waxed!

Janelle is an incredible person and makeup artist. I hire Janelle for all of my professional photographer and video production shoots. She is my GO TO professional hair and makeup artist. Janelle is the BEST!!! She did my hair and makeup for a branding photoshoot and I absolutely LOVED it!!! I gave her zero direction, oops, and she did my hair and makeup perfectly. I don't always love getting professional hair / makeup done but I am SO glad I found Janelle, I already booked her again for an event and will be booking her many more times to come!!!

I absolutely LOVE Janelle!!! She is so delicate with you, but also very efficient at her job; and she makes you feel so warm and comfortable while doing so. Waxing is never fun, but she makes the experience feel very light-hearted and easy. And her energy is EVERYTHING. I had the best waxing experience with her, and the results post wax are amazing! I booked with Janelle for my 2023 bridal makeup. I cannot express enough the incredible work she did - I attached photos to show just how amazing! She was so sweet and chatted so much with me during both my trial and day of makeup sessions. She offered me snacks and drinks and I felt SO comfortable immediately despite it being our first time meeting. She answered all my questions and concerns and made sure I loved every bit of my makeup (which given her talent, I did!). I HIGHLY recommend booking with her for wedding/bridal makeup- a very reasonable price for PHENOMENAL work and a true pleasure to talk with. I cannot say enough good things about Janelle!! I ordered the bridal makeup package for myself and 5 bridesmaids and every single one of us were so happy with the work she did. Not only is she super talented, she is truly just so sweet and fun to be around even at 7am when she was beautifying the exhausted bridal party. She made the process so seamless throughout and it was so nice to not have to stress about it. She made sure each one of us got the look we wanted. I highly recommend her!!

Janelle made me feel at home from the moment I messaged her on Facebook. I needed a special accommodation and as a first time client, I did not expect her to be so accommodating and so nice about it. My girl my girl my girl I’ve always been the Tom boy type but the first time I got my makeup done by Janelle she made me feel like a brand new person and woman and now I go every couple months for make up sessions for my professional pictures and she shows up and shows out every time I love me some her she’s so great at what she does and saying on her A game is an understatement I highly recommend her for all your makeup needs she’s so loving and caring and she takes pride in what she does for each person and I love that about her I can’t wait for our next session thank you Janelle for simply being you and doing what you do best and that’s making people feel alive y’all go check my girl out I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!
