I do not agree with you. My family and I have been going to Bianca's salon for years because she does an incredible job and we feel very comfortable in the environment. As for the value of her services, they are all passed beforehand to each client and we sign a contract that we agree to do the service and pictures. If the value of her work you thought was expensive, you shouldn't have done it because I'm sure you weren't forced to. I think that using hair extensions is only for those who have the financial conditions to do it and have the conditions to maintain it. Before speaking of any professional, you should analyze your immature behavior.

I dont usually make reviews, but this place is Very expensive I paid almost 3000$ for my hair extensions. Don’t come here if you want to leave without money. The hair was over 2000$+ the service was over 800$ , then she told me she didn’t get the color right and wanted me to come the next day and she said “ no charge” then when I came back the next day she colored my hair and cut my hair and then charged me over 200$ when she said no charge !!!! I was just disappointed because when she told me no charge I believed her. so on top of the 3000$ i spent she charged me 200$ more when she told me SHE got the color wrong ????? It put me in debt because when we were discussing prices it was not as much money as the outcome was. She makes people sign a piece of paper before the appointment now i understand why .I went to multiple hair professionals and they had told me that this method that Bianca recomended to me was very unhealthy and very damaging for my hair. Out of all of the hair extensions methods she decided to give me the unhealthiest and most expensive method . It seemed like she just wanted to take advantage of my money! While I got my hair done she was video taping me without asking if I’m okay with being on video I don’t like my face on social media and I’m posted on it instagram in multiple posts. it would be nice if she would have asked me if I am okay with being posted at least , it made me uncomfortable . I am so dissatisfied

i had a mess of a hair, and Bianca took me in and treated me so well.she not once judged me but did everything in her power to fix my hair. And she did more the fix my hair she transformed it. It was all different lengths, and damaged. But now it’s full, healthy and better then ever.

Bianca has been taking care of my hair for about 2 years now, and she is amazing! I used to trim/butcher my own hair for years, it became so damaged, I asked for help and a friend recommended Bianca. My hair was so dry and damaged that I was basically embarrassed for a professional to see it, but not one time did Bianca make me feel bad. It was more of a "I got you" feeling coming from her. I had to trust the process and let me tell you I'm glad I did. My hair is back to being healthy and manageable. I really admire how much she is passionate about hair, it made me realize that I really had no place cutting my own hair in the first place lol. She gives great advice on hair care and I can't thank her enough for making me love my hair again. Her salon is very nice, clean, plenty of parking and easy to find. Bianca is a very sweet person and she truly enjoys what she does, I totally recommend! Her mom also does hair and I had the pleasure of meeting her the first time I went, it's so great to see so much pride in a family business.
