Lazy. I hate when nail tech try to tell me what to get instead of giving me what I asked for because they are lazy. If I say I want to take the acrylic off and get a new acrylic instead of a refill, that is what I want. I don’t want a refill. I need to make sure my nail is healthy underneath the acrylic. It’s not healthy to keep refilling a nail because the nail tech is lazy. Just close the nail shop down if you don’t want to do nails. I walked out today.

This place don’t deserve a star my nails are full of air bubbles and they hurt my hand and they were rude when we said we didn’t like them just bad customer service

Worst nails I have ever gotten. They were crooked and when he filed them they were not even. None of my nails matched. Horrible service. I would not recommend this place. He rushed through the whole process and the gel on my daughters nails were way to thick.

Today was my first day attending this location. I’m getting engaged soon and thought it’d be nice to finish the day with my family and get my nails done somewhere lve never been before. l will never attend this location again. The lady was amazing!!. The man gave me my worst experience attending a salon l have ever had. l pointed out something that needed to be fixed twice he laughed in my face. Later on he filed half of my finger nail off so he wouldn’t have to fix it. I now have an opened wound on my finger that has to be covered by a band aid. Not only did he give me poor quality l also have black crumbs under the ONE finger my ring will be on. l will never be attending this location again.

went today for my moms birthday to get a full set of nails and a pedicure. the man in there is so rude and ruined our experience. he acted annoyed by everything and was very snappy. he also caused one of my finger nail beds to bleed. my mom has been going there for a long time now, bc the lady does a good job on pedicures. but after today, we will not be back.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! My new GO TO SPOT! They have a nice salon, are nice to talk to while getting nails done. They do all they can to accommodate you even if you have a special request!! BEST SALON IN MOSS BLUFF!!

I had my nails done 2 weeks ago 3 days later 1 broke went in to get it fixed he fixed it than they told me it would be $7 for the repair I didnt break it was because most of my nails had dips in them were they glue the nails on and the acrylic also was dipped in and that's exactly were it broke.ok 4 days later 1 more broke same place I glued it I was not paying another $7 for a repair the very next day I was washing my hands and 2 more broke I said I will not go back I just glued those together because I was not paying $21 too repair 3 nails today one broke clean off when I was washing my hands and were it broke off theres know way someone can fix it now.I have to let them grow out for awhile and on the back of the nails by the cuticles also started coming up in the first week.the people were nice and polite and the place was tidy and clean.but I had such a bad experience. I dont think I'll go back there.i haven't had a bad experience with any other nail salons before. I remember a few years back I got my nails done at a salon and one cracked but they repaired it for $0.Update to my review I will never go back there again lady's watch out for nail fungus they used soiled tools and nail files on me and right after my first review I seen fungus under some of my nails and I noticed that my nails burned and hurt for days after I got them done.

I recently moved to the area and decided to stop here for a manicure since they’re located right down the street... I wasn’t aware that we had “whites only” stores in 2019! I walked in and asked for a full set. There were two ladies in the chairs having their nails worked on and one lady seated (awaiting her turn I presume) feeding her little baby - all Caucasian, needless to say. I sat a few chairs down from her. The lady working said something to the man in a foreign language. He looked me up and down then said “You’ll have to leave, we’re too busy”. I asked him to repeat himself because I assumed I hadn’t heard him right.. I walked in at 5:30pm, the sign says they close at 7, and the place was NOT full. He repeated “No time for you! We busy!” and waved his hand toward the door, gesturing for me to leave so I did. Never have I ever been treated so badly in a nail salon. Never will I ever go there again.

The salon is very nice. I had a manicure with shellac and was very happy with the service. Andy and his wife Mindy were very friendly! This salon will be my new go to spot! Bonus is they are open on Sundays!
