NOT BBB ACCREDITED!! I was gifted a Groupon for this spa and in attempt to book a service they refused to honor the Groupon. I emailed with the owner who pushed blame to Groupon even though it is stated multiple places that the merchant must honor a certificate they refused. After reading some more reviews it looks like this is an issue with many people. I thought of reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and to my surprise they ARE NOT ACCREDITED! Please save yourself and find another place for a massage.

Been here only a couple times for a couples massage. Finally pulled the trigger on a membership, Nicole did a fantastic job and really listened to me and my body.

I have been going to this establishment for over a year. I was a member but cancelled my membership due to financial reasons. I had a recent situation where I showed up for an appointment, and waited for 10 to 15 minutes only to be told my masseuse was not coming in that day. I asked them to compensate me in some way and I was told to email the owner.. which I did. I got no response and I'm guessing it's because I had just canceled my membership the month prior. So maybe I wasn't a valued customer anymore? I think it is bad business when you have a loyal customer ,and the mistake is on your business end , not to compensate for the time and gas. Also on another note, I always noticed my massages wouldn't even start til 15 min in and most of the time I wasn't even taken back to a room until 10 min after my start time. It really is small things that make an experience or break it. Needless to say I was going to keep going back, but now I will not.

Mariah C was my massage therapist. While I was waiting for my massage, the front desk girl told me that my therapist was running late. About 8 minutes after my appointment time, Mariah came into the spa in her street clothes which was a low cut top and a cardigan. A few minutes later, still wearing her street clothes, she calls me back for my massage. As we are walking back, she apologized for her tardiness and explains to me that she was at Red Robin on her lunch break. She continued to ramble about a gift card and then admitted to having a few drinks but said “ she was ‘good’ and will still honor the full time of my massage”.. I told her absolutely not and Mariah had the nerve to look at me like I’m being unreasonable. I discussed this with the front desk girl and she said she was escalating it to the owner.. As a longtime member of Best Estie, I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with this situation. This spa was great at one point but has been on a decline for the past year. I do NOT recommend Best Estie.

Found them on $12 Groupon for an hour massage. My LMT Steven was amazing! As an LMT myself for 20+ years, I couldn't believe how detailed and attentive he was to my needs. Very cute place and professional staff. I ended up buying a monthly membership and have referred 3 people there! You won't be disappointed. Both Steven and Andre are top notch!

Great place for a massage and/or a facial. I have been a member for years and look forward to my monthly massage. They have aromatherapy, cupping, and lomi massages. I have tried them all.

I Had Nicole for my massage therapist she did a great job. She also did cupping on my back witch was in pain from a fall. My pain was reduced by 90% I’ve also had Daylon who is incredibly awesome, especially if you need a cupping treatment.

I am always happy to go to Best Este Day Spa. The Spa is clean and comfortable, has very good pricing, the staff is always kind, and the massage therapists and aestheticians are knowledgeable in their own area. I mainly go for a massage to relieve my sciatica. My go to therapists are Joy and Dahlia. I never have had a complaint and I have been going to this spa for over 5 years. I have never hesitated recommending Best Este to friends and I don’t hesitate giving this business 5 stars.

I had an exceptional massage experience! During Joy's consultation with me we talked about not just about physical issues I was having, but how I was feeling that day. Joy fine-tuned the massage to address my needs, including some maneuvers that inspired me to get back to my yoga practice. Thank you, Joy, for the lovely massage! David is another person who I have enjoyed for massage. He is so good at talking through and adressing various physical pain I've had, but also provides such good insights I feel as I leave not only physically rejuvenated, but my mind as well. I can't say I've ever had anything other than great service from everyone. Best Estie really has the Best!

I have had my membership here for about 5 months now and I love it. Joy L is my masseuse and she does an excellent job every time. She is great at listening to my needs and repairing my sore muscles. Highly recommend!

I've been coming here for 3 years and it's always such a great experience! The membership plan is the most flexible I've seen. It's relatively affordable and the spa services are transferable so you can save up and take your friends with you for a spa day. If you've only been to chain massage places, this is a completely different. They have therapists that can do really deep pressure. Love this place!

WOW.. what is going on? First I get charged the incorrect amount. Than you take more money unauthorized after I informed you I was over charged. Before that you put us with a massage therapist that we clearly informed your team we'd never wanted again. This is unprofessional and I need a call since I can't reach you when I call in. Per receptionist I need to email. I will say what you got going for you is a handfull of amazing massage therapist. So, because of that is why I went up in stars.

If I can give a negative 5 I would. Price goes up with no notice. Even after a contract is sign. Is this legal? Why is the communication so poor? This is sad and your going to lose good customers for your poor customer service.

Poor customer service and really poor communication. This has been getting worse the past year.
