The water was boiling hot when I sat down, then I waited about ten minutes before anyone came to start on me but they started on my sister right away once they moved us to the spa chairs. We had made appointments, though they continued to apologize for the delays throughout the time spent there. I had asked to not have the sides of my nails clipped since it causes ingrown nails, she said ok and the main guy made sure she understood. She then proceeded to do it anyways. My nails had broke so I had cut them down, I informed her only to file them, she filed them and went to town hurting me, I had to pull back. I told her my nails were too short to file like that. They also use the drill to file the top of the nail, in doing that she filled my skin, once again I had to pull back and let out an ouch. The color I picked was a milky white but it's spotty on the paint job and by the time I left it looked like I was wearing pink socks from the temp of the water. They don't do any down of good scrubbing or massage, my sister got her feet and legs punched for her massage, thank God that didn't happen to me. I only got the lotion rubbed in for mine. My daughter also got gel X which from a distance they look good but up close the French tip is jacked up. She also has some nails with extra gel underneath where they should have drilled it off. Friendly people, very busy place. If we went back we would request only the head people to see if the nail service would be better.

save yourself the trouble of coming here as a man, came in for an ingrown nail on a small toe, ended up having problems with my big toe with an ingrown nail turning my toe reddish purple, and when i ask if there’s anything they can to to help, they told me they would still charge me the same price i already paid a couple days ago

$50 for gel pedicure, but well worth it, clean attention to detail, and great massage 🥰

Liem has been my go to nail guy for 7 years now. Beautiful designed location with amazing friendly staff. Always very welcoming when my kids decide to tag along. Liem has done an amazing job all these years between color choices and my designs.

They are very friendly and nice people but this is not a place that you pay for friendliness… my pedicure worked out better comparing with my manicure. The guy who worked on my manicure didn’t clean my cuticles really. I had to do it again by myself. I don’t have a picture but you can actually tell from uploaded pictures by other customers. The spa is very clean though.

This is one of my favorite nail salons! ! I was looking for a good nail salon for a while and with my daughter's 10th birthday coming up, they were able to fit my daughter and myself right in! Very clean, super friendly, and amazing artwork they do here at Best City Nail Spa!! Thank you guys!!

Great service, very clean inside and friendly staff. I was a walk-in and they seated me right away. I would recommend them and will be returning!

I had my nails (gel manicure) done by Liem. He did a fabulous job and is so friendly. The shop is beautiful and well staffed. Set another appointment already!
