Bellissima Medical Aesthetics and Wellness, New Paltz, NY

I was previously at Luna Dermatology for injections and facials, but wanted to try Belissima because Luna was so popular I literally could not find a parking spot. Contrarily, at Belissima I was literally the only client in the place. I specifically asked Alicia for Allergan and was talked out of it for one of the cheaper (Dysport?) options. At Luna Dermatology they took time and a lot of photos. The intake at Bellissima Spa was incredibly fast and cursory. They did not offer any cooling cream or an ice pack. I am not a very experienced Botox user, and I had to ask about the restrictions on strenuous exercise and lying down as the info was not offered. I was told that if I was unhappy with the results, I could come by for a free touch-up. No time period was mentioned, this is critical. 2 weeks later, I called and left a message to schedule a touchup. This call went unanswered. A few days later, I called AGAIN and was told that the time limit was two weeks. It seems that my initial message was intentionally ignored. I was also told by the receptionist that there is absolutely no difference in the Botox brands, which is categorically UNTRUE, and why was a receptionist dispensing medical advice? So Belissima Spa was happy to take over $600 from me without honoring their promise to ensure that I was satisfied. As this is a completely voluntary cosmetic appointment, customer service to ensure satisfaction seems incredibly important to maintain a successful practice. Seeing the lack of clients in the office, I implore Belissima to take this aspect of their business more seriously.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bellissima . Alicia and Devon are true professionals and they provide an amazing experience from start to finish. They have created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Alicia is incredibly knowledgeable about the various treatments and services they offer. She took the time to listen to my concerns and tailor her approach to meet my needs. I love Bellissima’s commitment to using the latest technology and techniques.

This place is amazing!! I trust both Alicia and Devon for any service I need. The space is beautiful and their services are top notch. I refer everyone I know here. I highly recommend the hydrafacial from Devon. If you’re unsure, just call them to get a service recommendation. I assure you, you’ll soon become a regular like me lol

I have had services from Alicia since she first opened in New Windsor. I moved to TN and travel to NY to use her services in the New Paltz location. She is an amazing practitioner and has made a dramatic difference in my skin. I am getting older and feel my skin looks more like it did when I was younger. Her facials, Botox, skin care products, and other treatments provide amazing results. I appreciate all Alicia’s knowledge and willingness to explain how and why everything works. I believe in her expertise so much, I have referred my daughter who has started working with Alicia. I highly recommend Alicia and the staff at Bellissima.

I found Bellissima Spa through a friend and have been working with them regarding my weight since January. I have personally struggled so much with my weight. Have had plenty of blood work, seen plenty of doctors and have never had someone who just talks with my about my struggles and feeling stuck. I am almost 25lbs down and feel like I have a second life ahead of me: I finally am feeling confident in my own skin. I have the energy I craved for. I have the passion to keep going on this health change. I have such great interactions and conversations about revolutions I have during this journey with Alicia. They motivation and support make this process so enjoyable. I can't say enough about this positive experience and how grateful I am for giving me the tools to make me successful

I have had a couple of wonderful facials with Devon and loved each one. When it comes to facials, the little details count for me and Devon does not fall short of giving them to you. Alicia, the owner has been doing my Botox for years now. Alicia always makes sure to always give me a wonderful consultation each visit to make sure my final results are outstanding. fun and friendly atmosphere- can’t wait to visit them soon!

I went to this medspa to get a hydrafacial a few days before I had my photo shoot. The two people running this place were very pushy and upsold me to a treatment that was 6x as expensive, with a promise that my skin would look incredible the day of my shoot. I saw absolutely no change in my skin, and on top of that, my skin broke out the day of the shoot. I would not recommend this place whatsoever. I went to your medspa when you were first located in New Windsor, so yes I absolutely have the right place. Way to not take accountability for your shady business practices.

She took her time to answer and explain in detail every question I asked She went into great detail about the procedures, and didn't begin until I was comfortable. I have had PRP done, the lip flip, Laser and a facial at this wonderful spa. Alicia Olmoz the owner and Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner explained everything and went over what she would be doing, the results I could expect as well as possible reactions such as bruising and/or swelling, which turned out to be minimal. I was out the next night with a little makeup. I was impressed with the cleanliness, professionalism as well as comfortable atmosphere of her Spa. I have know Alicia for many years and have watched her reinvent herself. Alicia is a wonderful Nurse Practitioner but this is definitely her calling. I've already booked my next appointment

I was extremely pleased with my treatment ( laser genesis). The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Alicia explained everything and answered all my questions before my treatment, I knew exactly what to expect and could not be happier with the results. I was recommended to Alicia to resume laser genesis treatments on my face and couldn’t feel more comfortable in her care. While receiving the laser facial package I did also add laser hair removal, which I’m soooo happy I did! I even splurged on a Xmas present to myself and booked an appointment for aqua gold in January before I go on vacation ... can’t wait to see the results from that... Thank you Alicia for taking such great care of my “youthful” skin 😊!!
