My first encounter was not so good. Went to the office and no one was there for my scheduled appointment. I called and I was told it was a mistake and would I like to reschedule. I rescheduled for the 2 hour facial and massage combo with a comp hot stone added at 25 minutes. The facial was lovely! Then onto the massage the employee was there alone, 10 minutes into my massage she received a text that someone was at the door. I was left on the table for 20-25 minutes alone. She was texting her boss and left me several times. Her doing so cut into my massage time. She ended up texting her boss under the table bent down so I wouldn’t see her! After she realized I was upset she stated she was going to turn off her phone so that she could focus on me. She was very nice yet unprofessional, she was not too familiar with doing massages. Gloria did my massage, Neko did my facial. It was my birthday gift. I called Kim the manager to inform her of the quality of service I received. I have not received a call back ! I was offered hot stone as a part of my inconvenience and was charged when it was supposed to be comped. It is my first and last time going there. It was understaffed when I went that ruined my experience. The manager should take into consideration the customer and return phone calls due to the lack of professionalism. Also no I was not the customer I looked up your company and helped set up an appointment for Mrs. Veronica Humber.

Loved my first facial with Makaylah. She is super friendly and made me so comfortable! It was super relaxing and the hour went by so fast! And my face felt amazing after, I looked so much younger. Definitely can’t wait to come back!

I've had lashes, facials and body scrubs. Everything was amazing. The service was outstanding. Everyone was so professional. The lashes and facial made me feel so beautiful and the body scrub and massage invigorated my body, I felt so relaxed and revived.

I don't trust anyone else to do my lashes. Never had any problems with my eyes. I'm really glad they have a macon location now.

I'm excited they opened a Macon Location. I will go to WR when needed, but it's so convenient. I love the facial and massage services. They are professional and clean, and I'm comfortable from beginning to the end and the best part, RELAXED. I wish they were open on Mondays! The atmosphere is relaxing and professional. Unfortunately, I've had a poor experience with them offering services at this location and booking, but not following through on full services. Then, I was given a difficult time on making the situation better. I've contributed to this business for years. And sadly think my most recent experience may have lost me as a customer. I won't remove the good reviews I've stated, but just be aware some things you may pay for are only available at the WR location, but you'll be charged fully at Macon, regardless.

Got such an amazing facial done here!! The salon staff is so friendly, and I came out of my facial glowing! I would give 6/5 stars if I could! Highly recommend for anyone looking to get a salon service done!

Great services and very friendly/helpful staff/ Very chill atmosphere with a variety of relaxing services to choose from. The facials are my favorite, and there are many different kinds to choose from depending on skin type. My boyfriend loves the deep tissue massage, as it's not only relaxing but also helps immensely with his back issues. We both usually fall asleep on the heated beds while getting a service done, that's how nice it is! Highly recommend.

I love Bellezza!! The girls are so sweet and really knowledgeable! My go to for the best facials, and lashes! They really make you feel welcome and genuinely care about your skin!My lashes are always on point and last! I always recommend all my friends to go here! By far the best place to go in middle GA!!

I received an excellent facial treatment from Makaylah at Bellezza in Macon today. She explained everything she was doing and designed the treatment to meet the specific needs of my skin. I left rejuvenated, relaxed and fully satisfied, with my skin looking better than it has in years. I highly recommend this establishment and this technician. I’ve already booked my next appointment. This was my first time getting lash extensions. I was nervous because I wasn't sure if they would look natural. The spa is beautiful and clean, and the owner is fabulous! I was greeted promptly with professionalism and taken right back. Audrey did an amazing job. She explained what she was doing, made sure she was clear on my desires and she delivered. My lashes look amazing and natural! I highly recommend Bellezza!
