I really enjoyed my facial with Elyse, she is so awesome and knowledgeable. I love that she always recommends the best product according to your concern. The spa is very clean and in such a great location. The microdermabrasion facial is a must have, my skin is so soft and clear. I’m looking forward to my next appointment!

Terrible customer service and mediocre facial. I booked online using their website. Despite sending me multiple confirmation emails and text messages, they refused to honor the appointment because they double booked the slot. They claimed their online booking has been faulty and they've been meaning to fix/cancel it, but haven't bothered to do so. They offered to rebook me, but offered no sort of compensation or real apology for having to drive all the way there just to be turned away. The esthetician was incredibly sweet and very apologetic unlike the receptionist. The facial was fine.

Terrible terrible customer service !! Do not go here . I bought a Groupon . Have been consistently trying to call for a week and a half . Even stopped by at the spa to ask for an appt in person , but there was no one there ! The doors were locked . I left a voicemail , no one returned my call . Very frustrating

This place is awesome! Was greeted as soon as I walked in with a smiling face. The guy in the front asked me if I wanted anything to drink and made me feel as comfortable as possible knowing that It was my first time at Bellesio. My facial was done by Dolores. She is wonderful. Walked me through the whole process so I knew exactly what she was doing. Gave me tips on how to care for the type of skin I have. Already booked my next appointment with Dolores. Highly recommend Bellesio.

Great experience! I bought two groupons for a 60 minute microdermabrasion facial, one for my father and myself. We were greeted right away and offered cold water. Very friendly and professional. As soon as I went back we discussed my skin type and what Gianna recommended, after she left the room to let me change into my comfy robe. The room was very calming and clean. For my first time ever getting a facial she was very good at explaining what she was doing and what it was used for. Overall a great experience. Both my father and I enjoyed Gianna and the Owners hospitality. Very military friendly as well so they offered a discount on the two products Gianna recommended after my treatment. I heard a lot of people call for the hot stone massage so I'm sure that is just as great as the microdermabrasion. We will definitely be going back!

Had a WONDERFUL facial at Bellesio! Even better was that I called the same day and they were able to fit me in for an appointment. The spa is very clean, decorated tastefully, and the aroma of peppermint was a nice touch. Great experience - I will definitely be back soon!

Highly recommend Bellesio Skin Care Spa. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable of their fabulous products! My experience was extremely relaxing and I’m looking forward to my next visit. Nerimaan was amazing!!!

Kayelyn is a goddess. She gave me exactly what I needed... her hands are magic and her product line is top notch. I left her immaculate space with glowing skin and a sense of ease I haven't had in a LONG time. I have had many other facials and massage, but she has a gift. Book ASAP... you won't regret it.

Place is horrible. Had a 4:30 apt , they asked me to arrive 2pm because they had cancellation. I arrived 2pm and sat for 30 Minutes waiting, pleasant front desk guy told me she wa running behind. Well the girl katelyn has the nerve to text me and remind Price of facial and to tip 20% prior to the apt. Why cousins she have courtesy to text me she’s running over 30 Min behind

They were great when Stephanie was there. Now that she isn’t because of being treated unfairly and not being paid I would never go there again. She was the only one that knew what she was doing and was the only reason I went there. After seeing what kind of a business they are running I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
