Flutura is absolutely amazing! She did an incredible job with my extensions and gave me the perfect haircut. I walked out of the salon feeling like a whole new person. She really knows her craft and took the time to make sure everything was just right. Friendly, professional, and incredibly talented. Highly recommend her to anyone.

I recently visited Belle Vie Beauty Hair Salon, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Wow, this haircut is amazing! Thank you! I had given up on my hair as it seemed the impossible mission for years, I've tried so many haircuts, they might look nice but not for my hair+face combination. I decided to give Belle Vie Beauty by recommendation and I left it up to the stylist for suggestions (Sorry I wouldn't want to butcher her name :)). And magic! Last I had any haircut that made sense for my hair type was in Paris!! Thank you, thank you ladies!

Everyone was attentive and accommodating, going out of their way to make me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The good vibes in this salon are unmatched, and it’s evident that they prioritize creating an enjoyable experience for every client. Lutra, my stylist, worked wonders on my hair. I went in for a fresh cut and color refresh, and she completely exceeded my expectations. She took the time to listen to my vision, offered thoughtful suggestions, and brought it all to life with precision and care. Her attention to detail and expertise were incredible—my hair has never looked or felt this amazing! The results were stunning, and I walked out feeling confident and rejuvenated. Extremely upsetting experience here today. I had started with this place 5 weeks ago and I saw the manager for a color correction, balayage and hair cut spending about $900 . After spending over 5 hours there the color came out good but the cut was terrible but I figured I can use this place for my color well move forward 5 weeks to today I was touching up my base color which is dark so when it came time to wash it out the girl was extremely careless and got the dark all over my beautiful blonde balayage that i spent so many hours and an excessive amount of money on and in a split second she destroyed which is definitely the managers fault for not taking care of this herself. Then they do a clarifying shampoo and strips the glaze and the oils out of hair because it was grey with the dark base mixing into the blonde and now it takes 3 hours of my time , and then the manager comes and only applies the clear glaze to my bangs which now my hair has the texture of straw from the chemicals and stripping out the grey. And then has the audacity to charge me an additional $55 for the glaze, of course in cash because that's how they ask you to pay. So at the end they gave me a terrible haircut and now destroyed the texture of my hair and I paid them over $1100 for them to do that to me. I would just advise to skip this place and find a place more professional and consistent.

So it's terrific here. I really don't want to misspell names so I'll just say my eyebrows are amazing when I leave here. I love their blowouts and hair cuts. I think with all the hair salons in Chappaqua and nearby it'd be a hard choice but nope. I really just love my eyebrows when I leave, I feel like she reversed the damage I did years ago as a kid with a heavy plucking hand. 5 stars bc they are honestly accommodating but also really a great salon!

I have my hair done regularly with Lutra and her other stylists. They are all very professional and kind. Cannot do enough for you. I have had Pro Addiction, color, cut and updo and many blow outs. Always look great. This is a great salon. Thank you for all you do!

Receptionist extremely rude. Hung up on me twice because I asked to speak to the manager as I’m trying to find a new stylist and had a few questions. I’ll be going elsewhere.

Lutra and her team are Amazing. I had been going blond for several months and never achieved the look/color I wanted. She fixed it for me and it’s look amazing. She also does my mom’s hair and we are both very happy. Highly recommend the salon.

Charged me alot money. & not satisfied with my color. My hair has been damaged ever since. And the helper that works there. Asian lady had a snippy actitude because .I didnt like my hair. I will not go back to this place. money and not satisied with my color. My gair hsd bren fsmahef evrr since.

Before vs after. I was having a huge hair problem! I went to a place where they damaged and discolored my hair really bad. I walked in with a hat to cover all of my hair because I was so embarrassed and scared to ask for help. My boyfriend made an appointment for me and I was scared but I went. The atmosphere was so welcoming. The ladies made me feel pretty all throughout the process. My hair now feels really really good after the process. The Color correction was comfortable and she also gave me a trim and chai tea. I feel pretty. Thank you. I love this place so much and I felt so loved. Look at how pretty my hair is now!

Decided to try this place after a long hiatus of not getting my hair done at a salon after the pandemic (I had someone coming to my house) and I’m glad I did. I had highlights, roots done, cut and blow dry and it wasn’t a three plus hour process. I went back a 2nd time and have my appointment already scheduled. Prices are no more or less then other salons. I do recommend highly.
